Check the sidebar. Twitter sellers will probably be tour best bet. Also worth ringing up the ticket office, and I'm sure more tickets will be released for members closer to the time.

I did check in over at /r/soccertickets but it didn't look too promising.

Unfortunately I'm not a member yet but I'll try and sign up ASAP. Is it difficult to arrange this if you like outside the UK?

We have the FAQ on tickets and the r/soccertickets link listed on the side bar.

If you go to this page on United's website they mention the process you have to go through. I would go ahead and get a membership.

I beleive one of the easier ways to ensure a ticket is to get a VIP package

For future reference, I would check the side bar and use the googles before posting this question or the downvote train will come for you.

BEST OF LUCK FRIEND!

Well thankfully there are still a lot of very friendly and knowledgeable people on here as well! I've read through most of the FAQ stuff but I still had a few questions. I was hoping to buy tickets for at least 2 people but that thread gave me the impression you could only purchase 1 ticket with your membership?

Are 3rd party sites like livefootballtickets.com trustworthy at all?

I honestly can't speak to that. I have just done a lot of research myself for a trip I am taking in about a year. It sounds like each ticket needs a membership if you are going through offical channels for regular tickets. I would honestly call the ticket office and ask them about the VIP tickets if money is not a big deal. I also heard good things about travel agent packages.

Tbh, I would hit up all avenues. Start by getting two memberships, do the register your interest page, Call a travel agent to see about packages, call the ticket office for vip availability, and keep your eyes peeled on those twitter accounts mentioned in the FAQ.

EDIT: Just found this on Expedia you might give it a look. Maybe even call them.
