I think a better second part to that is, it is better for your health to just not to drink it. People think that wine is good for them, but it's benefits are no better than grape juice and you don't have all of the negative aspects of alcohol when drinking grape juice.

Note: while my literal example of wine and grape juice are real, in this example, by grape juice, I mean going your own way. People will tell you getting married is good for you, just watch a video about that from Prager university, and a million other places in society, and, just like wine, this assertion is false.
