I'll be in the U.K. in February and am wanting to venture up to Manchester for my second ever game, the Manchester Derby. How would be the best way for me to get two tickets to the match without needing a payment plan to a tout? Last time I went a friend arranged the tickets but that was years ago. Thanks guys!
