IDK, from what I've seen, it's all genetics and exercise.

Generally though, as long as they take care of themselves physically, most women I've observed don't really lose their looks until about 40. After that the older age really shows.

It makes sense in biological terms. After age 35 women become progressively less capable of bearing healthy children. And after 40 the chances of terrible complications and miscarriage are so high it's unlikely they'll have kids naturally.

However, if they don't take care of themselves, women can look like disgusting land whale meth addicts in their teens and 20s.

Of course, facepaint helps them all out regardless of age and probably makes a big difference for many women in their 30s. Otherwise, those girls hitting the gym every day know what's up and are doing everything possible to extend those baby-making healthy looks into older age ranges.

-Edit-

In my opinion, the most physically attractive women (who take care of themselves) are in their mid to late 20s.

mainstream tv and movies though. You will be bombarded with the message that 30 sth women are BEAUTIFUL,

Men are NOT the target for this messaging, women are - if the advertiser or TV show producers don't stroke their egos they go elsewhere.

I noticed this long ago - people running seminars for mostly female audiences went completely out of their way to NEVER EVER EVER criticize women.

I would see recordings of seminars presenting the identical material, one at a mostly female conference/convention, another at a mostly male one and the male one would have honest feedback.

"You did complete shit on the last exercise, here's what you can do better ..."

nothing like that EVER EVER happened at the mostly-female ones.

Come to find out much later, after I got into videotaping seminars & conferences for a while, talking with folks who develop seminars, women will never come back to a seminar from the same company (even if it's a different presenter) and will actively try to shut you out of the convention/conference circuit if you give them honest feedback.

Helping women with the same honest Criticism you give men (even if you water down the language completely and try to present it in a happy, upbeat way) is career suicide for the presenter and bad for their employer.

Nice reminder. Well not so nice, but good to keep in mind. My old college girlfriend took a noticeable dive from her slender and tight 21 to her frumpy and unconfident 25.
