Oh I can think of a million liability reasons you shouldn't do this. A bunch of excited, newly well off, probably drunk dudes with strippers in a place where they could break company stuff and hurt themselves? AHHHH. But the good news is I can think of no reason this might be on its face illegal. So I guess make of that whatever you want to. Maybe see if one of the guys, since they all insisted on it, would allow stripper party to happen at his place where no looky-loos might get annoyed and where you don't have a responsibility to make sure everything doesn't go tits up. Pun intended.

EDIT: ps, thanks for making me ask myself for the first time "How could strippers be a zoning issue?"

Why not just give them a one-time bonus of a couple hundred bucks each in singles, and then the afternoon off to do as they please?

if they all already voted for strippers, and you give them the time and money for strippers, it seems like they'll enjoy themselves they way you'd like them to without seeming to be forcing anyone to do anything or opening up liability of having strippers in an office.

Yeah OP, make it an off-the-clock field trip. Definitely do not host the stripperparty in your offices.

Not a lawyer but if you're doing so well, you might want to consider hiring in house counsel before you fuck things up.

It seems like a lot of hassle and liability issues to live out a Wolf of Wall Street fantasy especially if anyone you have on staff doesn't feel the same way about strippers as you do both now or later on. Say, in the future if you're dismissing an employee for legit reasons, they could hit back with sexual harassment allegations or claim a hostile work environment. Or just an issue with lack of respect. Once you've seen your boss drunkenly begging for the attention of a woman with money in his teeth, are you more likely to think of him as top dog?

You might not need investor money but what if one of your guys gets drunk and a little too handsy, and the dancer files a complaint with the police? The press will likely paint your business up as a rapist/frat boy firm and somebody you do business with somewhere will care. Or a stripper could injure herself on your grounds and I promise you, what she'll be willing to settle for will rival, if not dwarf your out performed sales goals.

TLDR: There's a reason why most corporations are boring with celebrations, it's not lack of funds, it's increased liability.

If there are any women who work with you, they could sue the company for creating a hostile work environment. Common complaints in sexual harassment lawsuits include suggestive remarks, sexually-suggestive photos displayed in the workplace, use of sexual language or off-color jokes, and having a stripper party at work would certainly fit into that category.

Plus, there is a good chance that some coked up stripper with a boyfriend (or two) in prison will decide you guys are a target and go after you for "assault", an accusation which can of course go away upon a generous payment.

Any legitimate company would tell you that you are out of your f-ing mind to even be considering this.

Very important point: if there are any MEN who work with you, they ALSO could sue the company for sexual harassment (creating a hostile work environment). Would you like to be in court trying to explain to the judge about how bringing in strippers to the office is totally normal behavior and there is no reason that would discomfort anyone?

you are out of your f-ing mind to even be considering this

Yes.

Thank you! Anyone can claim a hostile environment. And thing long and hard about the implications of this in any future EEO complaint (which you will have). "Oh, your boss once threw a stripper party? In the office???" The employee will have lawyers lining up.

Could I make the party outside of work hours, and make attendance voluntary?

you and your company should have no connection with this, just give them a cash bonus and let them do what they want with it

Can you? Yes.

Should you? Well, if I were your lawyer, I'd tell you "No way in hell!!*
