Probably one of the things which can overlap the far-right and the moderate right. But it's a dangerous saying if you think about if. Americans can't always go first because not everyone in America is an American. They are becoming Americans. To say "Americans first" equals "White people first". It equals saying 'Only the pure ones go first. Only the holy, American ones!'

That's dangerous!
