I dont subscribe to the complete women hatred that is exhibited often here. Many of the men here have very obviously never been loved or had a decent woman in their lives. Mostly because of their own difficulties in relating to people and themselves.

There are a lot of women out there that understand relationships are give and take and can give you 108% of what you can give her, be it financial or sexual. At first glance in the west when you meet women you would think they could give 0% of themselves sure, that is a very understandable perception.

And it is possible to create with a woman a ver deep relationship. One that goes beyond she gave me vagina so I give her money. But there will always be some amount of selfishness involved sure. But who cares ? There are nights I dont want to fuck a girl, I want her to suck my cock and swallow every drop so I dont have to clean anything up, while I am eating some ice cream and watching Naked Dating on VH1. Is that selfish ? Sure, and who cares ? Then I pee on her afterward and she loves it. Is that a little bit sick ? Sure, but who cares, its fun between adults.

My point is women and men can be very complimentary towards each other. Just on a natural level. I think the responses you are going to get are going to talk about the negative aspects though, when you try to enter relationships into a legal system, things get very strange and bizarre and ugly. I wonder how much of the issues between men and women are caused simply by profiteering lawyers ?

At the moment men and women do not compliment eachother very well in the West because of strong incentives that put the genders at odds with eachother. We probably should be disappointed, but I think alot of us on both sides just feel apathy.

Nope, whenever this argument comes up, just need to zoom out further and see the whole wood instead of agonising over the state of individual trees.

Some people see it as juvenile for people to remain in a nihilist state, I say I prefer the truth - it's undeniable that at this point in time, as far as we can tell, ultimately there is no point to anything. That is the bedrock of my world view. Questions such as the one you pose about the minutiae of society and how that should make a person act/feel become trivial when you firmly make the cosmic perspective your stock lens through which you look at life.

Suppose you could say I've gone beyond nihilism, so far as I intend to enjoy my flicker of consciousness my way, stripped down (something that is a continual process) of societal expectations and guided by my own judgements on what is worth doing with my time.

There is nothing more to do once you acknowledge the folly of human conceits and all the baggage those conceits confer, such as wondering whether you should feel sad about not having satisfying enough conditions to procreate, as if it is of some great importance. Of course there are plenty shallow and egotistical enough to truly believe the proliferation of their DNA is of great import, even on a MGTOW subreddit - I call them the Silly Sausage Brigade.

A healthy blend of hedonism(however you define pleasure, it doesn't have to be classic debauchery as typically interpreted) and stoicism is my way. A peaceful, contented life.

Some people cannot handle staring into the abyss, so they turn away, revert to or find some other way, fair enough, whatever works for them, the Silly Sausage quip shouldn't be taken to heart. For me, better the hard truth - far from being depressing, if you look into it long enough it's the most liberating! A blank page, you get to define your rules or lack thereof.

Maybe chief Silly Sausage /u/victor_knight has considered all this, maybe he isn't shallow and egotistical, and wanting to spread his seed far and wide is just one of his aims in the game of life, something to pass the time - you get to make the rules or lack thereof. A high risk game, but if it's what he wants to do, who am I to denounce? The only angle I could really come at him from so far as he is affecting my life, is that his pump and dump policy would create a lot of welfare babies and inevitable social strife in their futures, that will indirectly be paid for by others including me on way or another. That is hardly new!

If nothing else, watching the human story unfold is great entertainment. I'm really hoping we get to the First Contact episode before I pass.

This is off base now. Cheerio.
