I bought a $230 pair of sunglasses about 3 weeks ago, but since I don't know a lot about sunglasses, I couldn't have known the receipt indicates a different type of sunglasses than the ones they gave me. I just knew the price was what they quoted me.

Now they won't return the glasses and claim they've reviewed the cctv footage and that I bought the glasses represented on the receipt, which is either incompetence or a lie since they say the person who bought those glasses was alone and I was clearly with someone and we were the only ones in the store. They refuse to review the footage with me so I can prove it's not me.
