What is this source? Can't find anything on google for "locus institute of politics analytics and data".
After reading this poll further, it reads like it was written by a trump supporter to bolster their position, there's nothing in Google about this group.
The poll itself is full of text attacking hillary Clinton which is not what a reputable poll would have. It's clearly biased.
Also of interest is the fact it's hosted on a free Pdf sharing platform instead of this organisations site.

Republicans have a negative view of Congress, however when compared to Democrats, the difference is significant, especially as when the most conservative members of the GOP is taken in account.
Is weird and certainly not professional. In fact the writing style throughout is almost high school like. I'm really starting to believe this "poll" was knocked up by an angst teenager, probably based on some other poll with the data switched around to make trump look good.

If we're talking about looking beneath the surface there's about 50+ dead bodies vaguely connected with Hillary and her own dubious actions. I imagine asking people to look beneath the surface is the last thing you Clinton shills want.
