BnkToTheFuture will be providing a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) through which qualifying BFX token holders can contribute their tokens in exchange for an equity interest in compliance with their individual jurisdictions.

Debt tokens issued to non-accredited individuals by a privately-held company? Guessing the individual jurisdictions would be Sealand, the Free Republic of Liberland... anywhere else?

I'm impressed. I seriously thought the whole BFX thing was a MtGox type of BS, but I guess I was wrong. I will be interested to see how this works. Evolution in action.

One of the things they should have announced is to get an external auditor to vet their claims (ie: did they use customer funds to cover company btc account that should be 0 after the hack, etc)
