as already happened with the ADF, AFP had the feminist inquisition run through their ranks and constructed a review pertaining to 24 recommendations mostly around restructuring flexible work conditions and promotions. they want to see more part time workers (women) get promoted and theyve devised an interesting program whereby funding is diverted directly to upskilling only women and squeezing them into upper management roles. men dont need financial support to be upskilled as "noted earlier in this Chapter and in Chapter 3, men in the AFP are more likely to be sponsored given their strong networks which are underpinned by a culture of mateship" or MISOGYNY!!!!
