Recently I got a new secondary HDMI monitor, and when I plugged it in Windows set it as my main monitor and messed up a few display things.
The two images are after I set my original monitor as my main monitor again.
When the new monitor is the main monitor, this setting behaves how it is supposed to.
This problem persists even with the new monitor completely disconnected from the computer.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
