TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MOTHERS MONTH DRAW

A. ABOUT THE PARTICIPANTS:

1. Takes part in the draw every KYODAI member properly registered that uses KYODAI REMITTANCE service between April 14th 2012 and the 31st May 2013.

2. The member will automatically acquire ONE option for the draw; EVERY TIME they use the service in the above period mentioned.

3. Unable to participate: 
*People who have not been properly registered in the records of Kyodai in the form of MEMBER.
*People who for some reason have lost or have been denied membership to KYODAI. 
*Members that do not meet the parameters of these terms and conditions.
*KYODAI workers, officials and their immediate families (parents, grandparents, children, siblings) or spouse.

B. ON THE DRAW

1. The draw will take place on Tuesday the 4th of June 2013 at the main office of Kyodai in Gotanda.

2. All members of Kyodai who meet the requirements of these terms and conditions are able to participate in the draw and that are not exempted to the points on Section A.6

3. Winners will be chosen randomly by computerized draw.

4. The prize list is as follows

w 3 Ipad Mini

w Casio Exilim – Digital Camera

w 4 Swatch watches for Ladies

w2 Panasonic Rechargeable Handheld Vacuum Cleaner

5. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. KYODAI GROUP, UNITED CO. Ltd. and, KYODAI REMITTANCE and no other company or brand associated with the group can be responsible for any damage caused by misuse of a prize or expenses not covered by these regulations.

The total number of prizes is 12 and therefore will benefit an equal amount of winners.

In the event that a member gets selected twice, it won’t be taken into account to provide an opportunity for a new winner.

The list of winners will be announced the day after the draw is made.

C. ABOUT THE DELIVERY

1. KYODAI will attempt to contact each of the winners of the draw the day after; via telephone or via the e-mail registered in the database of the company.

2. Prizes would be sent on a time and date previously coordinated with the winning member.

3. The winner agrees to be on the agreed location the day and hour decided to receive the gift. If the member does not receive the award and it has been returned by the shipping company, the member will bear all the cost for a second shipment.

4. KYODAI is not responsible for any damage, loss, breakage or other accident that may occur to the prize at the time of shipment

5. If there is failure to obtain effective communication with the winning member by phone or by e-mail, KYODAI will send a letter notifying the winning prize and the need for the winner to contact us; If, however, the member does not make any contact with KYODAI until the 6th of September 2013 automatically they will lose their prize without the right for subsequent claim.

6. All prizes must be claimed; or used by the 6th of September 2013 otherwise they will be canceled without the right for post-claim.

D. ADDITIONAL MATTERS:

1. KYODAI reserves the right to modify these rules if considered appropriate without prior notice.

2. Every detail that is not provided in these rules shall be decided unilaterally by KYODAI
