The Constitutional Court of Austria has refused the consideration of an appeal submitted by Ukrainian businessman Dmytro Firtash, accused by the United States of corruption, on the unconstitutionality of the agreement on extradition between Austria and the United States, the Deutsche Welle edition has reported.
