Ive been enjoying freakonomics podcast lately. They had a whole series recently called self improvment month. They have episodes on grit; motivation; sleep; how to win any game; how to be more productive; ending with tim ferris the self improvment king.
Really great series to get you motivated to improve your life.
I started my improvment a year ago today and i have made a drastic change in my life im a new guy. I never play computer games for more then a few hours a month.
Im also running going to the gym. Rowing club up and down the river. Going out with friends not getting drunk and having more of a blast then ever. I have given up smoking. Improved on my abilty to go to bed on time wake up on time. My hair cut. My teeth brushing was bad now great. Ive got braces. Ive got fucking Abs for the first time ever.
Ive negotaited a nice payrise at work. Ive sorted out all my money abd bad habits like buying food out and i have been saving $1000 a month with the plan to pay off ny house 10 years early.
Not chasing tail has saved my life gents and it will save yours too.
