I've been MGTOW for about a year now, and I'm still having extreme difficulty getting over the desire to find a lifelong companion.

Do any of my brothers here have any useful methods to conquer this primitive instinct?

It sucks that our civilization has gotten to the point to where you can't even trust your own instincts, which have formed over millions of years of genetic prowess. I hate that I can't trust modern females enough to give them my seed. I have a desire for children and the passage of my genetics, especially a son to nurture, teach and guide. However, as a sentient being, I know I can control at least a few of my instincts with my higher cranial capacity.
