I had an interesting thought following one night out with my best friend. We were sitting at a bar and a man came up to us and eventually we got around to age. My friend and I were born just several days apart in 1944. It turned out the guy was born in 44 too. He said that it is really unusual to run into a group of people born during WWII. Most men were over fighting. My dad had flat feet and they did't want him. But my thought was maybe the dad of the man I was supposed to marry, died during WWII. There are many less men of my age. Then there was the Korean war that could have killed off an older man for me...and then the Vietnam mess and that could have killed off men of my age. There are just so few less men...and they do seem to have turned into stinkers. . .

They're probably already married or in another form of committed relationship.

I got married at 23, and my wife and I had been together for four years prior to that point. I found someone who'd be my partner, not a princess, and convinced her to stick around. There are rare exceptions, but in my experience women who can't find a "good man" will usually either have extremely unrealistic expectations for relationships or behave in ways that drive good men away.

GOOD QUESTION! Right now, there seems to be a shortage men altogether.
Remember, every 20-years.....the majority of females born over males changes.
Right now....we just have TOO many females who were born 20-years ago.
If you look at today's majority of births.........more males are being born.
Plus, today's females treat men like sh..t and destroy their egos.

Well,I still open doors for women,Usher them into the near side of the pavement,when walking.
Listen and have polite conversation.
Don't look upon them as sex objects.
When we go out,I pay for the night.
That is probably why I am still single,lol.
