City struggled against Sunderland and we were much better than them, so I will take it.

Upvoted. I don't think we played particularly well. Didn't cut them apart as I had hoped. But we would have lost that game last season. A win is a win.

It was a small stadium so there was less space. They were very compact in the first half and defending with a lot of bodies behind the ball. The game opened up only after we scored the first goal. In second half we scored two goal quickly and then we tried to control the game and when they scored one we essentially had to kill it. That is to be expected in a Jose Mourinho team. Rarely would we go for 4-5 goals.
