Let's base this off the following -

1 - Utterly useless

5 - Average

10 - Pretty much perfect

Please do not just give players you dislike really low ratings/players you really like a really high rating. Let's try and base this off how a player has performed in the match, not your own biases.

I can, but that means people can also submit multiple results so I'm hesitant to do it. If enough people want me to remove it then I will. I highly recommend getting a google account though, incredibly useful thing!

What I done when I did the surveys was open the results in spreadsheet view and just delete any anomalys. You can see that some people have gone along and scored everyone a 1 or 2

Is there any way you can add an option for substitutes that is "too little time played", or however you want to do it.

While Memphis looked very good in the 5 minutes he had, overall all the 3 subs didn't really have much to do, so I couldn't really decide a rating for them.

You can skip questions, so if you feel they didn't get a chance to make an impact you don't have to answer them. Also, the season rating is based off how many minutes were played in the game, so Memphis' 4 minutes will have a significantly lower impact on his seasonal rating than him playing 90 minutes would.

What a start to a season!

I ran this thing for most of the 14/15 season but stopped due to timezones getting too bad to handle. I'll make a full update on everything for this season once I release the results for this later in the week. I'll have everything for this season set up on google spreasheets so people should have full access to all the stats. Will also need people to volunteer to post the form since some games are at awful times and I won't always be at my pc. If anyone is interested in turning the stats into an infographic like we had 2 seasons ago that would be sweet, just let me know.
