This is a technique from the book "The Art of Seduction" by Robert Greene. (The full list with the 24 techniques can be easily found).

My question is the following then: Do you agree? What are your thoughts about it?

The idea here is that the more unsatisfied with you life and yourself, the more prone to be seduced you are. It reinforces the idea of GYOW IMO.

True. If this book is of any use it's to understand yourself, human nature, and the way people behave. But I wouldn't recommend anyone to use it as a guidebook to chase pussy.
