Did you see Trump's CT rally? (self.EnoughTrumpSpam)

After watching Trump's CT rally an hour ago, I can longer see Trump as a serious contender. Instead, he reminds me of a comedian, selling tickets to large capacity audiences eager to see his crude performance. Trump is pocketing this money, with no intention to funnel it into an honest campaign. This campaign has become a joke in my mind. Hillary will not even have to try at this point.

TL-DR: I think Trump is robbing blue collar America of money, time, and energy.

I don't think he's legally allowed to pocket that money. His organization has to keep very good records on all the money they collect and spend. There's very little chance anyone is going to be able to get away with pocketing it for themselves. If he loses and has money left over he can make a PAC with it or use it for other politicians but he can't like finance a new failed casino with it or refresh his skin's orange glow or anything.

Trust but verify. I get that it's going into the campaign's coffers, but where does it specify how that money must be spent? Specifically if the campaign is over...

It's definitely verified. The information is all public you can search for everything cent they've received and spent on the FEC's website. There are audits. It's a felony to lie about campaign finances. It's prosecuted by the FBI. There are secret service agents surrounding Trump at all times they have a good idea of what is happening and they're not going to help him hide his money, and neither will any of the professional campaign staff who do this for a living and know all the rules.

This is why a lot of the conspiracy theories around Hillary are so ridiculous. All her information is public as well and she's surrounded by hundreds of people, sometimes thousands. I imagine that all that public attention makes hiding things pretty hard.
