It is important to remember the Constitution does NOT apply to U.S. citizens, it applies to ANYONE who is in U.S. territory. So if a Muslim arrives in a U.S. airport and Trump has soldiers stationed there who turn them away because of their religion, the Constitution has been violated, for example.

Deporting people, even non-citizens, who are residents here because of their religious affiliation is a blatant disregard of the 1st Amendment.

Him saying that he wants to force Muslims to wear 'ID badges' and have all Muslims on a national registry is a blatant disregard 1st, 4th, 14th, and 5th Amendments.

He said he'd put guards in every airport to block entry to all Muslims (possibly even soldiers finishing their tour). There goes the 1st again.

He talked about 'opening up' libel laws so that he can sue every newspaper who printed unflattering statements about his administration. The 1st seems to be a favorite for him to target.

He said he'd go to Apple and wouldn't leave until they "open up that damn phone". There goes the 3rd.

He came out the gate saying that he'd look in every home and every business and read every email and scan every phone call in order to round up every Hispanic suspected of being here illegally, then drive them all down to Mexico without giving them a trial. So there goes the 4th and 6th Amendments.

He said he would get Snowden back from Russia and "force him to tell us what secrets he told" and has openly called for executing Snowden as well. There goes the 5th again.

He said he'd reintroduce waterboarding "and other kinds of torture". There goes the 8th. Need I reiterate that the Constitution applies to ANYONE on U.S. territory, even foreign combatants.

He refuses to allow civil suits brought against Trump University and has pledged to "crack down on frivolous lawsuits". There goes the 7th.

And finally, he said he'd "get rid of the lines around the states" and force states to disband their statewide healthcare programs for national private sector ones. There goes the 10th.

So we have the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, and 10th Amendments outright ignored from the get go. This doesn't even begin to go into his rampant history of racism, his slew of sexist statements degrading women, him saying he would repeal Roe v Wade and imprison all the doctors who performed the procedure, and him saying we need to racially profile black people and increase prison times and expand private prisons.
