how to get over long term oneitis/failed relationship? (self.MGTOW)

there is this girl i have liked for 7 years now (since we were both 13 both now 20 year olds) she blocked me on facebook awhile back despite doing nothing wrong. what should i do to get over her if its even possible at this point?):

Think of something that would make you find a woman repulsive and visualize her having/doing that.

For me it is emotional abuse. Visualize the woman taking your deepest vulnerabilities and using them to abuse you for some stupid selfish reason (like you wouldn't buy her an expensive pair of shoes).
