For the sake of research I will say NAWALT but I dont want to get caught up in disclaimers on this sub. My knowledge is that they are often highly irrational, many see their children as a liability especially their boys as a liability, that they often spousify their male children, emotionally manipulating them into fulfilling their needs, act like their child is owe them something for existing, take out their anguish towards the boys' father on the boy, emasculation in order to maintain control.
