That's not a coincidence. They are always so angry and disgusted because it's the only way they have any chance of 'winning' the argument.

Seriously, I read a lifehack once that said "If you are ever arguing with someone, just look at their forehead with a very disgusted and confused look on your face. You will usually win."

Everything the modern left does is based on emotion and appeal to emotion (hence, the constant, disgusted, who-farted-in-the-elevator face). This is sometimes the only thing they can resort to when facts don't support their claims; they start speaking in very quick, angry, matter of fact tone, while giving you a disgusted glare. If that doesn't work, they will angrily tell you to "educate yourself", then storm off (because you totes triggered them).
