I'm not trying to joke around or anything. Like, he might be mentally disabled based on all we've heard from him. He is often incoherent and seems to contradict himself constantly

Nope. Just ignorant, incurious and careless. He's never had to answer to anyone before, so it's going about as you'd expect if some privileged, effete little shit were dropped into a war zone.

My money's on untreated ADHD. He's said in tweets that he's never been to a psychiatrist. Notice how hard he seems to have to concentrate whenever he has to give a prewritten speech? In one-on-one interviews he also frowns as if in deep concentration, as if focusing on one person is really hard. His ghostwriter also said he was extremely scatter-brained and hard to work with when he was writing his book.

Also, people with ADHD have a tripled risk of developing dementia in old age, so I wonder if that's making it even worse.

I don't think he's retarded, he is just so narcissistic that he doesn't care to think about anything other than himself. When he makes these idiotic statements he's just saying what comes to mind, because the political impact of statements is too boring and doesn't feed his ego, so he doesn't spend his mental energy thinking about it.
