The Second Amendment was based partially on the right to keep and bear arms in English common law and was influenced by the English Bill of Rights of 1689. Purchase your firearm now. Distributors are already going out of stock on AR-lowers. Pick up a $40-50 lower and you can always build it out when you get the funds.

How much does it cost to build an AR-15 out? Also, would you be able to recommend where to go to order a lower?

Really depends on what you want. If you can find Anderson lowers for between $40 and $50, buy as many as you can. They are only going to go up in price.
You can probably build out a budget AR-15 for between $400 and $450 if you take advantage of sales. Nice thing about building is you can space it out over months, but going into election the prices will be less predictable.
Lower: 50-300, depending on whether you want forged or billet
Upper: $50-200, again forged vs billet
Barrel: $80-120
Lower Parts Kit: $40 - 100
Stock Kit: $40 - 100
Gas System: $50+
Handguard: $30+

sgammo.com has always been good to me. They never run free-shipping promos, but their price usually is extremely competitive and they sometimes have unique calibers in stock.
If you have a Cabelas near you, you can buy packs of .22 lr online and have them shipped free to your local store. That way you can clean up on .05/rd or .06/rd .22 ammo without having to get lucky in-store.
Other than that, I use slickguns.com and /r/gundeals to find good deals.

"When government fears the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny."

    Hillary will follow MA and CA rules. The dem strongholds have been putting in the screws. She will put in judges that will uphold those states decisions. Don't just think about the SCOTUS. The circuit court judges get decided by her too. My district is mostly full of her husband's picks...they use the system to delay anti-anti 2a laws with every trick they can use. Bloomberg and his squad want to dry the country of firearms through restriction and laws about transferring them to family members. Whenever you hear "OMG they comin fer our guns" argument from fucktards, Just know that they are moving in incremental steps. Using the existing and future rules to dry the reservoir.

    I don't care if it puts people's panties in a knot, the 2nd Amendment exists to ensure that the people never become subject to all-out tyranny. It exists to keep the government honest and force them to stand by the people.

    It not only allows for, but ensures that the people will be represented, because if they are not, they possess the means to force their voices to be heard.

    When tyranny is law, then to disobey becomes a moral duty.

    I guess it's the sign of a bad joke that you have to explain it, but here goes:
    The point was, you're forever stuck with SC judges. Once they're in, you're fucked if they're bad. Now, one of the arguments for the 2nd amendment is that it's there to prevent tyranny. So if Trump points out how you're fucked, he knows that the 2nd amendment people will say "no, that's why we have the 2nd amendment!" That's the joke. It wasn't really specific to Hillary. It certainly wasn't a call to shoot Hillary. It was just a reference to the fact that "2nd amendment people" constantly reference its role in staving off tyranny.

    Liberals will always claim that defense from tyranny is not a reasonable cause to have the 2nd. Thanks to the rulings by globalist SC justices our second amendment was cut in half when we were allowed anything less than military grade weaponry - we already only have a narrow margin for success, they want it down to 0% possibility of revolt.
