If you're serious... It's the motto for Adidas, not just for Pogba and it's meant to be motivational. Step up, confront the challenge, take responsibility and be the winner. Don't be a passenger, waiting to follow someone else's lead. Instead be the person to set the trend and show the way. Very much like Nike's Just Do It. I believe it's an adidas tag line. My deeper guess would be that he didn't follow the trend of travelling to Barca/Madrid and instead opted to follow is heart and build his own legacy.
