R2: This chart is kind of confusing in how it categorizes whether something is more or less socially acceptable. I assume it was meant for a US audience.

It lists saying the N-word and racist jokes as not socially acceptable even though in some parts of the US they are considered normal and commonplace.

Racist jokes themselves are considered in poor taste in professional situations, but stand up comedians can tell racist jokes and they're accepted in the mainstream. This chart would change drastically relative to what area in the US you're talking about.
