So I might be entering into a sugar daddy thing with a woman. What I want to know is, is there any way to protect myself from false-rape accusations and child support?

I was thinking that I would record a video with the two of us where she would say that she is giving her consent for sex and that she is waving her right to child support in the event of a pregnancy. Of course, I have no idea if that would hold up in court. If that doesn't give me any protection then I might just forget about the whole thing. I don't care about sex that much.

Also you will end up spending far more money and often less sex than to just get hookers.

She can't waive her "right" to child support. It's not a right. It's a judgment made in a court and fresh for every case.

What about a legal contract that states, if she ever accused me of rape or tried to get child support, she would have to pay me a million dollars or something? Or would that not be enforceable because reasons?

Haven't you seen enough crazy shit in the news to know that nothing is ever for sure in the legal world. You have judges overturning prenups, making men pay child support for children are clearly not there's, all kinds of outlandish things.

The truth is, nothing protects you from everything. She or anyone can make accusations about you and you will have to defend it in court. The system is more likely to believe rape accusations against men than women, same with domestic violence against women. You take risk entering into any agreement or setup with anyone.
