If it's any help, for the shield I was in the second ballot that took place on 18th July(?) , got an email 19th July saying it was a yes, I rang up when I first entered the ballot just to get clarification on how it all works and they said give 2 days after the ballot date, if you hear nothing ring them and they can tell you, you should always get a yes or a no apparently so chase them up if you aren't sure
