I know it not a ideal time to start such conversation.
Hope Pogba's transfer will not give wrong message to our kids, that leaving the club will help them to develop.
Heard that Adnan Januzaj wants to move out, not on loan but permanently. Next, Pereira(need a loan move) who is not the best but have got the potential to be the best.
McNair, Wilson, Tuanzebe, TfM, Williams and even kids like Gomes, Gribbin may get the wrong impression....
But it is just a perspective, only Pogba, Drinkwater, Simpson, M.Keane and few to name have developed well after leaving the academy. But there is a long list of failed players.

Become world class and you'll be a superstar at United. Simple. This is a good thing.

He could go to any club in the world and he only wants to come back home. The grass is not greener. You're already at the best, so fucking work for it.

I don't think Januzaj will ever make it at United though. Lingard, Martial and Rashford are all ahead of him. Then we have Mkhitaryan and Mata. If Depay puts in any kind of performances then where does that leave Januzaj?

That is a lot of players and particularly a big bunch of younger players.

Januzaj should leave. He hasn't broken in and is damaging himself by not playing regularly. I wouldn't be shocked to see Andriniho leave either although I believe he has world class talent. Is he going to realistically get regular playing time on this team this year? Probably not.

What message does it send to the youth team? If you become one of the best players in the world, someone is going to pay you a lot of fucking money.
