So I'm listening to my local NPR and they go live this morning with him blathering on. They say there are some transmission issues coming from source but will carry on. A few minutes later the radio goes quiet. Ahh, bliss and kinda funny. Minutes later still dead air. About a half hour later back on the air.

Yeah, my local just had another broadcast problem but still - kinda funny.
