For those who don't...From today until the window closes, a transfer round-up & discussion thread will be made every day. In these threads, ANYTHING can be talked about. Any player, in or out, any transfer fee, anything!

I disgree. Bailly looks raw, but definately has the talent. Plus we have Smalling. Blind, Jones and Rojo should be more than enough cover. In fact, one of them should really be moved on so Williams, TFM and Axel can be blooded in.

Hopefully we sign one more central defender, dont't feel like Jones (Blind is alright, but not the best for the postition) can be reliable even as a replacement ina dire situation of injuries.

I reckon we're done. Blind will be ample senior cover. One of Rojo or Jones to ship out, and have Axel and Williams on standby in a crisis or for cannon fodder cup games.

I'd be surprised if he's even on the bench. He's had no pre-season at all. He'll likely be on the bench at the first home game and come on for 20 minutes or so.

Everyone seems to think we need another CB. I think if we do go for one, it should be someone experienced and cheap to provide coverage. Someone like Fonte, who we've actually been linked to. I don't think we need another sure fire starting CB. We all love Smalling and I honestly think Bailly could be considered better than Smalling by mid season. His sheer ability is amazing.
