The average American man is 5"10 and makes $45k a year.

The average American woman is 5"4 is weighs 166 lbs.

This is your Middle Class. The definition of a "5" on both sides. The conventional wisdom is that these two deserve each other. Except that I would argue that a 166 lb woman isnt a "5", even though shes statistically dead in the middle, more like a 3.

So that means to get to a true "5" a man has to do better than average. He needs to be over 5"10 and make over $45k. For a fucking 5. Who by the way, statistically speaking has a 50% chance of divorcing him and taking half his shit.

But this man feels like he should better than a 5 since he himself is better than average. So what should he do?

Well, the definition of a "5" in China is 5"4, 125 lbs.

The same height as an American woman but 40 POUNDS LIGHTER.

Now, bear in mind the average Chinaman is 5"7 or so and makes less than $10k a year. 

So the "average" American man has jumped from dating 3s in America to 7s and 8s in China, and your "above average" American man at 6"0 $80k goes from dating 6s and 7s in America to 9s in China.

This is more or less the definition of arbitrage. A trade so obvious only a retard couldnt do the math.
