Though it's probably better for Republicans is the moderators keep a leash on Trump.

The best and most entertaining thing they could do is ask him his first question, then let him do his thing without interrupting or stopping him. Bring Hillary a comfortable chair. Ask him once in a while if you could break for a commercial, then come RIGHT BACK TO HIM.
Also, and this may be even better, have a camera backstage on his handlers. OMG, THAT would be priceless!
