Prior to fully internalizing the MGTOW way of life, I'd prepared to be a provider most of my life and now I'm at point where I'm poised to be in the top 1% of individual income earners. I don't need nearly this high income to acquire most of the things I'd desire (30k/yr expenses). Most of the work available for my role is highly demanding so at some point I'd like to try to scale back and start a business which can take on contracts as appropriate.
My question is this. In the case where I continue to stress & toil to make a very high income, what might be some constructive uses of this extra money? What can 150k/yr - 250k/yr get you that justifies the time spent in a stressful position relative to 40k/yr - 80k/yr in a less stressful role? Where can that extra money take you that could result in a meaningful quality of life increase? I don't plan on fully retiring so early retirement isn't terribly relevant to me.
