PSA: Pulowski Preservation Centers don't protect against rads (self.Fallout)

Title says it all. Was exploring in survival mode when I heard a radstorm headed my way. I ducked into the Pulowski Preservation center I saw down the street and thought "hmm this is neat, there's actually a use for these things, how immersive." Next thing I know lighting strikes and I have 5 rads pop up on the bottom of my screen. Really Bethesda?

I did it stupid you can't walk into a house to avoid talking rads or any other structure. The only way is to go to another interior.

Another reason why Bethesda should give the IP to Obsidian. They can't even do a simple thing correctly.
