Social shaming is useful. Not only when done by women, but also by men. Women shame men who use prostitutes for a number of reasons - because they want access to that man's resources, because they want some woman to have sole control of that man's resources, because a man who is not afraid to use prostitutes is able to take away the one thing women have over men: monopoly over access to sex. Speaking of, this is why there's shaming of men who do not kowtow to monogamy - a man who has multiple partners, none of which he owes child support, and none of which he is married, can dump any of those women for misbehaving.

IE: competition forces women to be on their best behaviour.

That said, I mentioned that social shaming works for women as well as men. BP men dislike men who use prostitutes for all sorts of stupid self serving reasons. Even TRP sometimes looks down on men who use prostitutes. You'll find posts supporting and denouncing it within that sub - either that using prostitutes trains you to not worship the pussy, allows you to avoid the hurdles of catering to whoever is your "potential plate", or whatever benefit that prostitution grants men. On the other hand they also shame men who use prostitutes, calling them unable to attract women using "game" or "frame" or whatever the fuck term those guys use now. I can't keep up with the lingo, and I've been around since the days of the ladder theory forums.

It's the same with porn, and sex bots, and uh, video games, and other "man child" activities, like being a mgtow. Women dislike men who don't become beta bux because those men are spending money on things that make them happy.

Of course they do, it devalues the sex they give us and therefore their innate purpose is called into question. For women such as my grandmother and great grandmother (geneology is fun) they were wives, homemakers, helpmeets, companions, and mothers. Thus they did not feel threatened by prostitution apart from it being sinful (they were devout Christians)

However today's woman unlike any generation before her has nothing to offer, no skills of marketable value (of course excluding outliers) or simple convenience (even fat girls don't cook anymore like wtf) They are parasitical wet holes that offer narcissism, insanity, financial ruin, and selfies.

Women are like prostitutes in that they use sex as a bargaining tool, but prostitues are almost guaranteed to have multiple men in them daily, so they go over my own personal line of what's appropriate. For me it's not about being ashamed, it's about being disgusted. Otherwise I have no problem with the morality of it.

Anyway, you can only feel ashamed if you care what others think, and the only person who has any right to judge your actions is you.

Women don't have to do anything. They have the mangina-infested medical establishment to ensure that unprotected sex will never be safe except in a "monogamous relationship" and to also scare men to death about STDs as if it was the leading cause of death in the world for men. They have TV shows by mangina directors and producers who constantly show young men being ridiculed and shamed by their friends for taking the "easy way" to get laid. There are also cop shows about "sex offenders" being totally destroyed and thrown in jail or labeled so that they can never find work again.

Let's see... what else? We have priests, rabbis and mullahs condemning the straight up purchasing of sex. That a man who does so is destined to be physically tortured in Hell. Perhaps for an eternity. Not enough? How about the unending nagging by the man's own DNA to procreate, which makes flings with prostitutes somewhat pointless? In other words, his DNA programming makes him convince himself that he needs to commit to a woman.

Like I said... women themselves don't have to do anything to "discourage" men from prostitutes.
