REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
It is our goal at Nelson Coleman Jewelers to satisfy our customers. Unless otherwise specified, your purchase may be refunded within 30 days from the original purchase date. Any items that show wear, use or have been modified are not eligible for return. All warranty cards and explanation booklets must accompany the returned item. Sale items, special orders, modified and/or custom pieces are not returnable. Gift recipients will be issued a merchandise credit only. Gift certificates and/or gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Return shipping will not be covered by Nelson Coleman Jewelers.
Prices and availability subject to change on all merchandise. Nelson Coleman Jewelers reserves the right to cancel and/or refuse to process any order places through nelsoncoleman.com.
