So, I was looking at costs for private jets, and I found that the cheapest for a private jet from JFK to MAN is £41,000 (although, I am sure there are additional costs that are not mentioned there i.e. customs, inspection, etc.)

Also, with a private jet, there could be safety concerns with flying overseas. If something goes wrong, there is no where to land, whereas with a commercial airline, the chances of that happening are quite low, since those things are properly inspected/vetted, because 100+ lives are at risk.

Second, if he does in fact fly commercial, wouldn't everyone recognize him, and the entire world would know he is going to Manchester United, when, he and the club, have attempted to keep it hush-hush?
