Pep has made some decent moves this summer.

Their front line looks both scary and deep as fuck

Sterling, Sane, KDB, Jesus, Silva, Aguero, Nolito.

Yeah I'll admit they look to have a strong squad but the question is whether their young signing will settle. Defense for them still looks weak for them

If anyone can turn Stones into a solid defender, I think it'd be Pep, too. Interested to see what happens with him if he goes.

But Stones is already a defender, Pep can only convert midfielders and wingers into defenders, and vice versa.

Jesus hasn't even come yet and Sane won't be starting (if he does start don't think he'll do that well initially). I think they'll be a bigger threat next season which is not to say they won't be a threat now. Second season Pep sounds more daunting to me.

They actually have two Jesus, it's inSane.

Pfft. Their attack is pretty darn amazing. Top 5 in the world now, but that's just on paper, I suppose.

Silva's ability has diminished a bit and he isn't quite as potent as a few years ago. And we were able to control KDB last season. Aguero is one you can't plan for. Personally, don't think it's top 5. Top 10 maybe.

I would say Barca, Bayern, and Real Madrid have better attack then them after that city. I like their attack better than Juve which would be my fifth team, followed by Atletico and PSG.

I give you 8/10 for the pun.

Their attack looks good on paper, but I honestly think Silva is on the way down, Sane and the Brazilian Jesus are still unproven youngsters at this level, Aguero has still a question mark about his fitness, I find KDB to be a bit overrated, and the rest of their attack isn't that good IMO.

We will see how they gel during the season.

Think their defence is a shambles and most teams will fancy having a go at them, attacking wise they look brilliant with plenty of different options.

Think they will have the issue that teams will sit back and not allow their star attacking players space and then counter attack their slow/weak defense and it will really hurt them.

Some of them are already saying the gabriel jesus kid is better than neymar was in brazil. Thats just too much. I remember when he first broke out, he was the most exciting player in Brazil since ronaldinho. Pulling tricks that I thought weren't possible outside of Fifa.

If anybody is saying it, they should sign into a mental asylum. He is nowhere near neymar level whenno je was at santos. No brazilian is. Im a Brazilian and watch the league, not really worried about city signing him.

He's clearly the best player in the Brazilian league though (currently). We should be worried because Douglas Costa was in beast mode for Pep.

I feel like that lack leaders like real a real general on the field thats gonna keep every one grounded when things get hard. I know theres what kompany yaya aguero silva that are there leaders i would say. This season is gonna be rough for every team its gonna come down to injuries and mentality.

Given pep has won alot but theres no real back up plan when his teams go down a goal or two they just keep going tiki taka side to side even if it doesn't work. But hey with all that attacking power maybe they will never be behind in a game. Obviously i may be wrong i have only been watching Manchester since 08.

Just off the top of my head Sturridge, Schmeichel and Suárez ?

edit 3 Premier League winners I can think of, other one was Richards.

Sturidge is one but Suarez they've definitely bought. And Schmeichel is a good keeper but not better than Ben Foster or any of the other 2nd choices we've had at United IMO.

If Kasper can maintain his form of last year I will have him as a top 5 GK in this league.

I like Kasper don't get me wrong but Zieler, Foster et all could've done what he's done if they had a defense like Leicesters.

Zieler definitely.

I don't agree about Foster though, he isn't mentally solid enough.

I remember the days when people thought Foster is the successor to VDS, then 2009/10 came and well, we were proven wrong.

Sane is a brilliant signing since Pep loves his 1v1 players, Gundogan their best signing though if he stays fit.

I think its going to take a while for Pep to get used to the pace of the Premier League.

Plus there defence is really bad and I hope they waste 50m on Stones because then there defence is like wet bread.
