Hey guys its Ssofmind and I'm new to this MTGOW thing and I just had a couple of questions perhaps you guys could answer for me 1. Why should I got MGTOW what has it done for you 2.What do women do and how do they react when you tell them you A MGTOW 3. How dose your family react to the MGTOW thing? this is more for the seinors out there I'm arab Libyan to be precise and all my family is nagging me to do is to get married due to me being super secusful and stuff.I just wanna know how do they react are they always nagging you or are they just keeping there distance. 4. What are some benifits and drawbacks of being MGTOW I know a couple but I just wanna know some hidden ones if you know any 5. Should MGTOW quit fapping?   • a) MGTOW saved me from the fallacies and lies that we are fed from the media and traditional family values that do not apply anymore. Granted, the reason why the media pushes it is because the economy benefits from it.
  • b) They either call me names, question my point of existence, laugh, or very rarely, compliment me on my independence. It must be noted though...I have never told anyone directly that I follow the MGTOW lifestyle choice and associated repercussions. I'm not sure if others share my views, but I only discuss MGTOW with guys that I know share the same views or those at their lowest point in their dating life and ready to give up on everything. If I do tell others about it, it's still only to guys but on anonymous mediums.
  • c) Dad adores me for it because he occasionally regrets marriage (backstory: he's been emasculated and is extremely dependent on my mom, and typical alcoholism because of expectations of others vs. disappointment). Mom is slowly accepting that she won't have grand kids from me, but she acknowledges the truths I state and sees them in her own life. Sisters are still in the dating system, although the oldest has given up due to her low SMV (struggles with weight issues). Middle one is married to a guy with a solid career in the future, and she's a high aimer that loves earning $$$. No real nagging anymore since I've expressed my loss of interest in dating.
  • d) Benefits: freedom, savings, mental peace of mind, do whatever the fuck you want to do, gain true happiness by tying it to your OWN goals that don't require others, friendships improved since you become more honest and don't waste time. Drawbacks: MGTOW came to me after a period of depression, and the state of society is a bitter pill to follow that your body and mind will do everything to resist following it, loss of friends because they can't handle your views.
  • e) As much as I try to quit fapping, the one thing I'm struggling with is controlling my hormones (sad state of human nature is that we are slaves to it regardless of what we do). However, when the need kicks in, porn is done in 15-30 minutes whereas to get sex from a woman is expensive ("You gotta dine me before we fuck" or some other excuse to validate them having sex with you), time consuming (dates, hangouts, togetherness), and about 99% pointless (from all of your dating/girlfriend, you expect to settle with one of them? The odds aren't with you).

TL;DR = MGTOW is love. MGTOW is life. MGTOW is freedom from the fucked up systems that exist to align all of the sheeple, thus furthering the intentions and goals of the filthy rich in the process.

Yup. From that off-ramp, plenty of us can look to the distant horizon and see where that other road leads: servitude, marriage, slave mentalities and suicide.

I'd be so bold to say that for most men, MGTOW is merely the best 'solution' to a multi-layered, and unsolveable problem. It isnt so much a choice, as it is the ONLY choice once a man wakes the fuck up.

That being said, you're asking a lot of basic questions here. I'd say check out Barbarossa and starusk's early work, as that is basically what culminated into the modern incarnation of MGTOW. If it resonates, and you in turn see and underatand it and in turn, you internalize it, then you are probably ready to go your own way. On a related note, concerning yourself with what family, women, and others think of MGTOW isn't 'going your own way.' If anything, best to shut up about it, unless you want to be castigated as a witch and burned at the stake.
