The "caught location" panel is gone, so another feature has been removed... how long until the game is a less rewarding version of paper toss?

At least in Paper toss the crumpled ball didn't escape the trashcan even if you used razzberry...also the music and scenery was pleasing. Hm, actually gonna go play that now.

So far in my 25 levels of experience, I've found that razzberries are just for placebo effect. Countless times I've gone razzberry/ultra ball for the first 6 throws and have something escape. I'll get tired of it and just throw a pokeball / no razz and it'll lock it up.

My caught location has been broken for a long time. I don't mind it being gone. I'm actually kind of pleased it's removed and the transfer is in the menu. Used to have to scroll down, wait for the map to load a white image, then scroll down again to click transfer.

I'm fine with them trying to optimise, but hopefully it will be coming back, I really want to know where I caught things like Abra, Oddish and Geodude so I can search around there again.

It was still there on iOS, although it didn't work it was just a blank screen. This update removed it.

One buff for gps spoofer/nox players.. now they can trade pokemon or showing it off without people skeptical about the caught location

Playing devils advocate, that was a feature that was lagging the servers, it may come back.

Also, why does it matter, if they're going to rotate pokemon spawns like we saw last week the caught location is only temporarily important.

Not a huge fan of their changes lately, but I'm staying optomistic, this is a big cash cow for them and they're smart developers, hopefully the changes build rapidly into a better stable app with a good user experience.

I have to wonder though. If they didn't do any minor text fixes for 3 patches but then did one MAJOR text fix the patch after that.. Would it be ok? Would I still feel cheated?

The medals are based on NPCs you battle in the Pokémon games. Battle Girl is one of them.

I am in a IT company. Today, I tried to hide one of my mistake in the code. I put the comment: " Minor Text Fixes". I hope future IT guys looking at this code find it apt.. 😳
