About ten minutes in they show Jorge having a conversation with someone, saying how all the other clubs wanted to sign Ronaldo, but wanted to keep him in Sporting for an extra year on loan. SAF told Jorge he could give him 50% of the games on the first team.

I thought Pogba left because SAF told him he refused to offer specific game time? Unless this is just showing how much potential SAF saw in Ronaldo compared to others - which is most likely.

Scholes, that's all that needs to be said about the Pogba situation. They are two totally different scenarios.

We had no first team midfielders fit for our game against Blackburn. SAF put Rafael and Park there and we lost 3-2. Blackburn were bottom of the league and ultimately we lost the league on goal difference. Scholes coming out of retirement was the final straw for Pogba.
