I remember someone did one last year. I usually just screenshot the schedule for the month and set it so I don't miss anything, but thought I would ask..

May I recommend this instead:

Manchester United Fixtures iCalendar

A wallpaper won't update, but this adds every fixture in all competitions to your calendar and updates them thoughout the season. Reminds you before games and updates with the score afterwards.
