Eat food, your method takes alot of will power my brother is doing the same thing and has lost 190lbs in 7 months. Vitamin supplements and fiber (metamucil) No bread, no starches. He drinks upwards of 4L of water a day + a thermos of coffee all day, for supper a small meal ( bbq smoky and some cottage cheese). Occasionaly a diet soda

Its working for him but I dont have the willpower for it, and at some point you have to eat like normal again.

Simple math Calories in = Calories out if the In is higher then out youll gain.

End snack food. Start snacking on favorite vegetables, fruits, and nuts for snacks. Soda HAS to go. Specific calorie tracking is quite essential in your case. Its tedious, but its the #1 way to guarantee weightloss. Get a gym membership. If all you can do is wobble on the treadmill, then do it. Music and podcasts definitely help pass the time.

As for quick solution? Short of liposuction, there is none. You'll just gain the weight all over again. Its a matter of lifestyle change and intense will power that fights over your biological urges.

Please don't starve yourself for 4 months. Diet and exercise. Restrict calories to 500 less than you burn per day and you will lose 1lbs per week. 1000 calories less and you lose 2lbs per week. Any more than that is considered unsafe to lose all at once without medical supervision. Fasts are also considered medically unsafe without supervision, and even with supervision usually only last 1 month, not 4.
