I see a lot of stuff about “MGTOW” is about self-improvement. It is not. It can be if that is your choice, but it is not necessary other than learning the red pill knowledge.

Stop shaming men into thinking they have to go on some white knight quest to better themselves or find “greater meaning” whatever that is. This isn’t Eat, Pray, Love.

For me, there is nothing self-improvement wise for me to do. I have already done it.

I am debt free. I have $100k+ in investments and cash before the age of 30.

Really you can get pretty much whatever body you want if you are consistent for two years straight. Already did it. I work out a few times a week purely for maintenance. Now what? There isn’t really anything I want to do here and I do not actually want to attract females anyway.

Intellectually I still read, listen, and research things that peak my interest a lot.

I just want to enjoy my free time when I get home. Playing video games or having hobbies that are purely about entertainment are fine. For me it is 40k (scares women off like the plague). I also play Flames of War and have a collection of Nazis on my shelf. It is like investing in female repellent. Being able to have fun and having groups of male friends is important to me.

Stop shaming men saying they can’t play Dark Souls or watch porn. I also like having a beer from time to time and I enjoy great food. I am not on any diet.

I have purchased prostitutes (legally) before. Deal with it. I recommend having a threesome at least once in your life to put the natural order of things into perspective. Treating women as sex objects and property is a good life experience.

I really have to question the people who are on ultra-strict self-improvement schemes. Ask yourself are you still doing it because that is what you want or because you are trying to increase SMV to impress women (TRP Subreddit lol)?

I actively avoid and hide my SMV from women because I know they can ruin all my hard work very easily.

Saying you are voting Donald Trump (I am) is a huge one and will filter a lot of them out, lol. It is my favorite. The ones that say they vote Trump are often red pill women and even more dangerous gold diggers, pretending to be NAWALT. Avoid.

I recommend The_Donald subreddit for hilarious shit posts. One of the benefits of being a Trump supporters is it makes you a pariah with women and blue pill men. It triggers them so bad. I troll post on Facebook (oh noes yes I still have it because I still have friends to contact) to lower my SMV and trigger people. I do not count people who try to shame me into voting Clinton or being a leftist blue-piller as friends anyway.

Stay away from women, be safe, and enjoy your life, liberty, and freedom brothers. Have male friends and live life on your terms. Invest in female repellent that is fun for you. Those are the things I do, but it is up to you to decide how you want to live your life. Be as lazy or as strict as you want.
