      To all others who have not received the product paid for, please return to the project page, click "read more" and scroll to the bottom on the page and click "report project" with the option to select "post funding issues". Maybe if enough of us do this, Kevin Lee and DOERS will provide an answer. It is unfortunate that it has come to this.

      I emailed them two months ago and never got a response. And I tweeted doers, tweeted the owners (Kevins) Twitter, sent a Facebook message, messaged them on here, and tried calling the number that is listed on this campaign but the number doesn't exist. Pretty poor way to start a business. Especially when you're selling the product on Amazon and can't bother to reach out to those who helped your dream become a reality.

      Wondering if I'll get my coffee before December at this rate. To have an amazon account selling anything before the backers are taken care of is ridiculous. If stuff is running late you need more updates or it seems like a scam. Do it the right way.

      You estimated Delivery in April. It is now going into August. I think a more frequent approach to your situation would be expect with information on how many orders have you delived and when everyone should expect their order.

      Thanks for the update Joe. At least I know we are getting remotely close to getting our coffee. An update from those at Doer's would go a long way, even if it was short, sweet, and to the point. Just my opinion.

      @Joe well I'm happy to see your response. It being Kickstarter means you should have patience but it's been a month since the last update and people's emails are going unanswered. That would make anyone worry.

      I received my order of three bags of whole beans on Jun 22. It's possible that they'd try to get whole beans out first, before doing pre-ground or Nespresso pods, just because it's faster?

      We all know the nature of Kickstarter. But I can confirm that they're at least shipping! Just be patient.

      Just fyi: the three bags each had a label with the blend info, and the space for the roast date was hand written, saying they were roasted on Jun 19!

      @sacks Oh boy, seeing as how I just sent them a email 15 hours ago, I would hope I don't have to go into harassment mode. I understand when signing up for these starters you risk losing money. I wonder what happens if you dispute these charges if no order arrives.

      I have emailed 3 times over the last two weeks for a status update, each one met with a "we will get back to you within 24-48 hours". Well it has been two weeks - a status update on our shipments would place a little faith in you.

      @Jeremy It probably depends on when you filled out your survey and how far away you are located. I received my order yesterday, it was shipped Tuesday. Tracking number was provided, which I thought was awesome. I backed at the DOERS Special level and received two bags (stretch goal included). However, the stretch goal bag was 12oz instead of the 16oz that was mentioned. I've contacted their help desk so we'll see if it was a mistake somewhere along the line or if they've reduced the size of the stretch goal reward.

      @Jeremy Kumin , No thank you Jeremy for being patient and understanding. Your surveys was one of the earliest tiers to be sent, but we apologize for our emails being finicky. We've resolved the issues since then, but thanks for being understanding!
