Hello Mr. Trump. I'm 29 years old, registered Libertarian and have voted that way my entire life. I feel closely aligned with what the party stands for, and am passionate about it. However, this election I am starting to think that, while I think a Libertarian candidate is what's best for America long term, that you may be what America needs right now. I also feel like you care about this country so, so much, and you want what's best for it. This is a difficult decision for me, because on the issues I seem to either firmly believe or strongly disagree with what you have to say. I think you may be the best possible candidate for our economy, but I do fear some of your international policies,
I know that I am not the only 3rd party voter that feels this way. So my question to you is, what do you say to people like me who are on the fence about voting 3rd party(Johnson/Stein) or for you?
Thank you very much for doing this AMA.

Americans in every party are tired of our rigged system and corrupt politicians, and want to reform our government so it no longer benefits the powerful at the expense of everyone else. They know I will fix it so it works for them and their families. Hillary Clinton's message is that things will never change. My message is that things have to change, and they have to change right now.
We have to change a foreign policy that has led us to one economic disaster after another, and an economic policy that has failed our poorest citizens. We will never fix a rigged system by relying on the people who rigged it in the first place.
I am going to return the government to the people.
Together, we will Make America Great Again.

I think I speak for us all when I say that having an individual who will unequivocally represent the AMERICAN people in the White House is truly a breath of fresh air. Absoluely cannot wait until Election Day.

Hello Mr. Trump, as you may know there are a lot of young Bernie Sanders supporters out there who have become disillusioned by both the conduct of the DNC and by the policy positions of Secretary Clinton (many of these Bernie Sanders frequent this site). What is the most important thing you would like to convey about yourself and your policy positions to the people who voted for Bernie in the primary but are now considering either staying home or voting third party in November?
[-]the-realDonaldTrump 2507 points (3 children)
Though Bernie is exhausted and has given up on his revolution, many of his voters still want to keep up the fight. I expect that millions of Bernie voters will refuse to vote for Hillary because of her support for the War in Iraq, the invasion of Libya, NAFTA and TPP, and of course because she is totally bought and sold by special interests. She and her husband have been paid millions and millions by global corporations and powerful interests who will control her every decision. She is their puppet, and they pull the strings.
We welcome with open arms all voters who want an honest government and to fix our rigged system so it works for the people. This includes fixing one of Bernie's biggest issues, our terrible trade deals that strip our country of its jobs and wealth.

Election fraud is a serious issue that can bring everyone together. Its widely believed that $hillary stole her coronation.
Election Justice USA: irregularities in the Democratic primary contributed to "an estimate of 184 pledged delegates lost by Senator Bernie Sanders" — he was 180 short of a majority.
And if statistics aren't proof. Just consider:
So we know Debbie Wasserman Schultz was the co-chair of Hillary's 2008 presidential run where she lost to Obama. So in order to lock down the nomination for 2016, Hillary had to get DWS in charge of the DNC and manipulate it from the inside.
In order for this to work, they would not only have to get the DNC chair to step down, but recommend DWS for the position. The Clinton's would have to promise something to that person. Something more prestigious than being the head of the democratic party. So what would they get.....?
According to http://rulers.org/usgovt.html#parties the person who stepped down and recommended DWS was non other than....
Tim Kaine. - $hillary's VP
$hillary is so crooked she needs a Kaine to help her stand up straight :D
And guess where Schultz is again after being forced to resign from the DNC chair this week for risk of corruption charges:
Schultz is now honorary chair of the Clinton campaign with a cushy 7 figure job paid for by $hillary's money laundering schemes.
Clinton Cash
My question is would you consider any ways to improve the primary process like getting rid of caucuses and closed primaries. Or switching to ranked voting?

During your rapid fire Press Q&A this morning, you mentioned the hundreds of days it's been since Hillary's last press conference.
What do you think is/are the reason(s) for Hillary refusing to hold any press conferences for such a huge amount of time?
follow up,
Do you think Hillary will attempt to decrease the number of times she has to debate you like she did to Bernie during the Democratic Primary, or even avoid debating you altogether like she's avoided press conferences altogether this year?
[-]the-realDonaldTrump 2849 points (2 children)
Crooked Hillary Clinton will not do press conferences because she cannot explain her illegally deleted 33,000 emails, or her disaster in Libya, or her role pushing TPP (which she would 100% approve if she got the chance), or her support for a 550% increase in Syrian refugees, etc.

We’re going to win. We’re going to win so much. We’re going to win at trade, we’re going to win at the border. We’re going to win so much, you’re going to be so sick and tired of winning, you’re going to come to me and go ‘Please, please, we can’t win anymore.’ You’ve heard this one. You’ll say ‘Please, Mr. President, we beg you sir, we don’t want to win anymore. It’s too much. It’s not fair to everybody else.’” Trump said. “And I’m going to say ‘I’m sorry, but we’re going to keep winning, winning, winning, We’re going to make America great again.

America has a proud tradition of stealing the most brilliant and talented people from countries around the world for ourselves. Albert Einstein, Wernher von Braun, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Melania Trump... the list goes on and on. In recent years, however, H-1B visa abuse has become rampant.
A program meant bring truly exceptional talent to America has been twisted by globalist politicians and corporations, allowing low-cost, short term labor to steal jobs from everyday Americans and take everything they learn back to their home countries. Will you curb H-1B abuse and make sure visas are going to people who want to become American, stay American, and make America great?
[-]the-realDonaldTrump 2730 points (4 children)
I have put forward a detailed plan for H-1B reform to protect American workers which can viewed on the immigration paper on my website. My plan is the exact opposite of Crooked Hillary Clinton.
[-]MeowntainMan 780 points
For the lazy
Increase prevailing wage for H-1Bs. We graduate two times more Americans with STEM degrees each year than find STEM jobs, yet as much as two-thirds of entry-level hiring for IT jobs is accomplished through the H-1B program. More than half of H-1B visas are issued for the program's lowest allowable wage level, and more than eighty percent for its bottom two. Raising the prevailing wage paid to H-1Bs will force companies to give these coveted entry-level jobs to the existing domestic pool of unemployed native and immigrant workers in the U.S., instead of flying in cheaper workers from overseas. This will improve the number of black, Hispanic and female workers in Silicon Valley who have been passed over in favor of the H-1B program. Mark Zuckerberg’s personal Senator, Marco Rubio, has a bill to triple H-1Bs that would decimate women and minorities.
Requirement to hire American workers first. Too many visas, like the H-1B, have no such requirement. In the year 2015, with 92 million Americans outside the workforce and incomes collapsing, we need companies to hire from the domestic pool of unemployed. Petitions for workers should be mailed to the unemployment office, not USCIS.

Mr. Trump, as a self-employed young American, my health insurance costs have skyrocketed under Obamacare. Paying close to $300 a month with a $6,000 deductible is a challenge as I try and grow my business. What will you do as President to ensure that myself and others can not only enjoy the security of having health insurance, but also afford to keep it?
[-]the-realDonaldTrump 2378 points (6 children)
One of the first things I will do is to repeal and replace disastrous Obamacare. I will put forward an amazing new plan, which will include many reforms, such as letting people buy insurance across state lines, increasing choice and competition, and bargaining for better, cheaper drug prices.
[-]TexSC 585 points
Congress must act. Our elected representatives in the House and Senate must:
  1. Completely repeal Obamacare. Our elected representatives must eliminate the individual mandate. No person should be required to buy insurance unless he or she wants to.
  2. Modify existing law that inhibits the sale of health insurance across state lines. As long as the plan purchased complies with state requirements, any vendor ought to be able to offer insurance in any state. By allowing full competition in this market, insurance costs will go down and consumer satisfaction will go up.
  3. Allow individuals to fully deduct health insurance premium payments from their tax returns under the current tax system. Businesses are allowed to take these deductions so why wouldn’t Congress allow individuals the same exemptions? As we allow the free market to provide insurance coverage opportunities to companies and individuals, we must also make sure that no one slips through the cracks simply because they cannot afford insurance. We must review basic options for Medicaid and work with states to ensure that those who want healthcare coverage can have it.
  4. Allow individuals to use Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). Contributions into HSAs should be tax-free and should be allowed to accumulate. These accounts would become part of the estate of the individual and could be passed on to heirs without fear of any death penalty. These plans should be particularly attractive to young people who are healthy and can afford high-deductible insurance plans. These funds can be used by any member of a family without penalty. The flexibility and security provided by HSAs will be of great benefit to all who participate.
  5. Require price transparency from all healthcare providers, especially doctors and healthcare organizations like clinics and hospitals. Individuals should be able to shop to find the best prices for procedures, exams or any other medical-related procedure.
  6. Block-grant Medicaid to the states. Nearly every state already offers benefits beyond what is required in the current Medicaid structure. The state governments know their people best and can manage the administration of Medicaid far better without federal overhead. States will have the incentives to seek out and eliminate fraud, waste and abuse to preserve our precious resources.
  7. Remove barriers to entry into free markets for drug providers that offer safe, reliable and cheaper products. Congress will need the courage to step away from the special interests and do what is right for America. Though the pharmaceutical industry is in the private sector, drug companies provide a public service. Allowing consumers access to imported, safe and dependable drugs from overseas will bring more options to consumers.

I have a great idea! This commercial could help win the election if made right. We should make a video of dozens of Americans reciting different lines from your RNC speech and then edit it together with clips of Mr. Trump to make a very powerful unifying video. It's a genius idea for an hour long video that the campaign could then cut a few different ads from since Mr. Trump covered everything in that fantastic speech.
It would be awesome to see trump supporters of every walk of life and every part of the country recite his words as their own. Cops, vets, teachers, moms... One after another showing how united this country is behind a man who is fighting for us. And as it continues the cuts speed up into a mighty crescendo. There is a Stanley Cup Final spot that I love that I think could replicate the emotion. https://youtu.be/NYwA9s-hjMs
Maybe a subtle and very quiet soundtrack of Nessun Dorma being played as it is the victory opera and quite beautiful and inspiring. https://youtu.be/rTFUM4Uh_6Y
What would be really great, getting all the big hitters like Rudy, Hannity, Flynn, Christie, Pence, The Trump kids, Carson, and even online press guys like Ann coulter and Milo ect mixed in with the everyday joes. Showing everyone in this country is equal. That's a walk off home run right there.
Also had an idea about the ending but am not totally sure about it. By the end of the video as everyone is reciting their final lines they are all suddenly dressed in black or dark navy suit jacket. White shirt. Red tie. American flag pin. American flags behind them, just like Trump's RNC speech. https://i.redd.it/331tm6tp7pax.png It ends with each person saying I am Donald Trump I AM DONALD TRUMP I am Donald Trump and finally Trump saying and I'm with you!
The idea I like even better is it ends with the each person reciting each line of that incredible ending from last night over and over for dramatic effect :
I choose to recite a different pledge. My pledge reads: “I’M WITH YOU – THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.”
I am your voice.
So to every parent who dreams for their child, and every child who dreams for their future, I say these words to you tonight:
I’m with you, I will fight for you, and I will win for you.
To all Americans tonight, in all of our cities and in all of our towns, I make this promise:
We Will Make America Strong Again.
We Will Make America Proud Again.
We Will Make America Safe Again.
And We Will Make America Great Again.
God bless You And Good Night. I love you!
🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
I also have an idea for a Clinton hit ad:
Open with Bill Clinton's speech last night.
She had thick blond hair, big glasses, wore no makeup, and she had a sense of strength and self- possession that I found magnetic.
Dark filter falls over the clip
After the class I followed her out, intending to introduce myself. I got close enough to touch her back, but I couldn’t do it. Somehow I knew this would not be just another tap on the shoulder, that I might be starting something I couldn’t stop.
Cuts to a jump cut of Juanita Broaddrick (https://youtu.be/pgFha2zOsJk) describing her violent rape at the hands of Bill Clinton, Gennifer Flowers, Monica Lewinsky hug, and Paula Jones.
Then a clip of Hillary saying "all rape victims deserve to be believed." (https://i.sli.mg/Ga6N0Z.jpg)
And then the clip of Mr Trump in 1998 calling him a huge embarrassment (https://youtu.be/O50NvGrOx2k)
Next back to a clip of Bill from last night saying Hillary fought for abused children's right. Scramble cut to the interview Hillary gave when she laughed about getting a child rapist off on a mistake by the crime lab and her getting him to pass a polygraph even though she knew he was guilty. (https://youtu.be/Tor00iWUhDQ)
Back to a clip of Bill saying she has fought for African American teenage boys. Cut to a clip of her calling them "Superpredators who need to be brought to heel" quick cut of black men behind bars and newspapers explaining her prison policy led to the incarceration of millions of black men. (https://youtu.be/ALXulk0T8cg)
Back to Bill saying how she worked on Watergate cut to clip of her boss saying he fired her because she was a liar and completely unethical. (http://hardnoxandfriends.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/27-year-old-hillary.jpg)
Back to Bill, talking up Hillarycare cut to the scores of congressmen and experts saying what a jumbled mess the bill was and what a massive waste of money it was. (https://youtu.be/BxFSlbhI8kc)
Back to Bill talking about her charitable contributions across the globe. Then hit them on the Clinton foundation corruption and pay to play scandal. Laureate University and the Saudis being emphasized (https://youtu.be/3KbU-5s7NfA) especially now that we know for a fact the Saudis funded 9/11.
Back to Bill lying about her Secratary of State resume. Cut to clips of Benghazi, Isis, Lybia, Syria, Egypt fighting in he streets. Followed up by a supercut of her and Obama lying about the YouTube video that supposedly caused these protests. (https://youtu.be/nXTTJNiEG4U and https://youtu.be/a3RfxNJBArU and https://youtu.be/QSooz2wXpes and https://youtu.be/hAZ_O07PXkg and https://youtu.be/0BQGMzmzcd0) you can choose to connect this to the arms sales that the state department ran in the region if you want.
And then finishing it all off with her yelling what difference does it make anyway. (https://youtu.be/Ka0_nz53CcM)

Thanks for coming here for this AMA Mr. Trump but more importantly thank you from the bottom of my heart for running. You have saved my faith in this country. Keep fighting. I love you man.

[-]the-realDonaldTrump 2194 points (4 children)
The question most young people ask me is about the rising cost of education, terrible student debt and total lack of jobs. Youth unemployment is through the roof, and millions more are underemployed. It's a total disaster! I will create millions of new jobs, reform our education system, and work to free young Americans from the awful burden of debt.

My mom came into my room to bring me a plate of chicken nuggets and I literally screamed at her and hit the plate of chicken nuggets out of her hand. She started yelling and swearing at me and I slammed the door on her. I'm so distressed right now I don't know what to do. I didn't mean to do that to my mom but I'm literally in shock from the results tonight. I feel like I'm going to explode. Why the fucking fuck is he losing? This can't be happening. I'm having a fucking breakdown. I don't want to believe the world is so corrupt. I want a future to believe in. I want Bernie to be president and fix this broken country. I cannot fucking deal with this right now. It wasn't supposed to be like this, I thought he was polling well for California???? This is so fucked

Mr. Trump,
Reports estimate that 90% of US media is owned by 6 companies. The US mass media has fused into a gross alliance with big business and big government as this election has shown more than any other. The dishonest media is rigging our democracy with a radical agenda that divides Americans and causes nothing but sensationalism and hatred at the expense of the USA. They are killing our country for ratings and profit, with impunity.
How will you, as president, tackle this protected class of media elites without stepping on the first amendment rights of average Americans?
[-]the-realDonaldTrump 2593 points (2 children)
I have been very concerned about media bias and the total dishonesty of the press. I think new media is a great way to get out the truth.
[-]AboveTail 93 points
Mr. Trump, thank you for doing this AMA.
You have promised to support our law enforcement agencies, and to ensure that our great nation is defined by the rule of law once more. In this, I support you 100%. You have mentioned that one of the Clinton legacies that has been most damaging to the black community is the 1994 Crime Bill, which has resulted in an astounding incarceration rate of 1 in 3 for black men, and turned us into the country with the most prisoners in the world.
In addition to robbing many members of our minority communities of their futures over minor offenses, as of 2012 the average U.S. taxpayer cost per prison inmate was $31,286, with an estimated cost of prison operations at $39 billion annually.
Do you have any thoughts/plans to reform our expensive and overloaded penal system, which not only fails to rehabilitate criminals, but treats incarceration as a one size fits all solution?
Thank you for running for our President, and for getting us on track to MAGA!

Question 1: We firmly believe Hillary will try and steal this election through vote fraud, especially given recent events. What is your campaign doing to ensure that we have a fair election?
Question 2: What role should NASA play in helping to Make America Great Again?
Question 3: How do you feel about WikiLeaks? Does it change your opinion on Snowden?
Question 4: What is your opinion on Net Neutrality?
Question 5: Has your campaign ever gotten any ideas from the_donald?

What role should NASA play in helping to Make America Great Again? Honestly I think NASA is wonderful! America has always led the world in space exploration.
I have put forward a detailed plan for H-1B reform to protect American workers which can viewed on the immigration paper on my website. My plan is the exact opposite of Crooked Hillary Clinton. One of the first things I will do is to repeal and replace disastrous Obamacare. I will put forward an amazing new plan, which will include many reforms, such as letting people buy insurance across state lines, increasing choice and competition, and bargaining for better, cheaper drug prices.
How will you, as president, tackle this protected class of media elites without stepping on the first amendment rights of average Americans? I have been very concerned about media bias and the total dishonesty of the press. I think new media is a great way to get out the truth.
What do you think is/are the reason(s) for Hillary refusing to hold any press conferences for such a huge amount of time? Crooked Hillary Clinton will not do press conferences because she cannot explain her illegally deleted 33,000 emails, or her disaster in Libya, or her role pushing TPP (which she would 100% approve if she got the chance), or her support for a 550% increase in Syrian refugees, etc.
What would say to a young college student like myself who is considering a job in law enforcement, but might have been discouraged by the recent attacks on police? What is the most important thing you would like to convey about yourself and your policy positions to the people who voted for Bernie in the primary but are now considering either staying home or voting third party in November? Though Bernie is exhausted and has given up on his revolution, many of his voters still want to keep up the fight. I expect that millions of Bernie voters will refuse to vote for Hillary because of her support for the War in Iraq, the invasion of Libya, NAFTA and TPP, and of course because she is totally bought and sold by special interests. She and her husband have been paid millions and millions by global corporations and powerful interests who will control her every decision. She is their puppet, and they pull the strings.
Are you getting tired of winning? I am never tired of winning, and as your president I will win for you, the American people. I'm with you!

Hello Mr. I think you may be the best possible candidate for our economy, but I do fear some of your international policies, I know that I am not the only 3rd party voter that feels this way. So my question to you is, what do you say to people like me who are on the fence about voting 3rd party(Johnson/Stein) or for you? Americans in every party are tired of our rigged system and corrupt politicians, and want to reform our government so it no longer benefits the powerful at the expense of everyone else. They know I will fix it so it works for them and their families. Hillary Clinton's message is that things will never change. My message is that things have to change, and they have to change right now. We have to change a foreign policy that has led us to one economic disaster after another, and an economic policy that has failed our poorest citizens. We will never fix a rigged system by relying on the people who rigged it in the first place. I am going to return the government to the people.

Hello Mr. (future) President!

I have 3 topics I would love to hear your thoughts on! Feel free to answer all or some!

Space Exploration

What are your thoughts about America’s future in space exploration and what role will the Trump administration have in it? Assuming budgeting allows it,
  • 1) Would the Trump government be open to expanding manned or unmanned American space exploration?
  • 2) What about projects like the Orion spacecraft?
  • 3) Would work towards a Mars (or another moon) mission be accelerated?

Breaking up Trusts

Do you have any plans for antitrust laws? In the past, America had laws aimed at preventing a small number of hands from pulling the strings of very large monopolistically competitive corporations. These companies, such as Rockefeller’s Standard Oil, crushed competition and held far too much power. So, then president Roosevelt enacted antitrust laws to break up these monopolies as best he could. Today, we have multiple monopolistically competitive corporations that are far bigger than Standard Oil ever was and hold far more sway over the public psyche than any of the monopolies of the past ever could. The essence of Capitalism is healthy competition so,
  • 1) As president would you consider bringing back real antitrust legislation against monopolistic companies like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, etc? They have no loyalty to any nation and many are run by megalomaniacs that will do anything to line their pockets. They may be private companies but they provide a public service.
  • 2) Would you consider enacting antitrust laws against media conglomerates such as News Corp? A few men and their friends control a massive number of media outlets all over the world and they get to decide the narrative. Would you be willing to support bringing back legislation that limited the number of media outlets that one person/group could be allowed to own?
  • 3) Your campaign has pointed out that The Washington Post has been used by Jeff Bezos of Amazon for political purposes. Would you be willing to support independent journalistic integrity by restoring past legislation restricting the owners of big businesses from using their own media holdings for their own political/financial purposes?

Cybersecurity

This is an issue that is not very well know or discussed by politicians because it doesn’t provide much political capital with voters, but it is nonetheless very important to our national and personal security. Chinese (and others) hackers routinely hack American companies involved in science, research, and engineering and steal technologies developed by them. Our government does little to prevent this. Many companies collect and store personal data from customers and don’t enact proper security protocols to maintain its privacy. Just look at the DNC and Crooked Hilary!
  • 1) As president would you support legislation defining some sort of security protocols that companies would be obligated to follow to insure the security of their data?
  • 2) Do you think methods like personal encryption make us safer from malicious individuals (or governments) or do they make us unsafe by preventing law enforcement from doing their job?

Bonus

What do you think about /r/The_Donald?
If you haven't figured it out, this subreddit consists of a lot of young folks and the immaturity clearly shows. What are your thoughts?
Thank you for doing this AMA. MAGA!

Net Neutrality is a controversial issue with internet users, particularly here on Reddit. Some believe it is an innovation-crippling step towards allowing the government to control and regulate our dearly-beloved internet, but many see it as necessary for protecting consumers from monopolistic corporate practices, especially those of Internet Service Providers who charge more and more, provide less and less, and refuse to seriously invest in new technology infrastructure that other developed nations like Japan and South Korea take for granted.
Even as more and more businesses rely on high speed internet for everyone, America is falling behind in a field that America invented in the first place.
You have said little on this issue, aside from a tweet several years ago that suggested you were against Net Neutrality. What is your position on current Net Neutrality rules? Will President Trump make America's internet great again? Can we solve these issues without giving even more power to government officials?

MIGA - Make the Internet Great Again!
America's internet costs more and does less than in many other countries. We used to be first. Sad.
We stopped being first when the free market got destroyed for American Internet. Consumers used to have choices. ISPs used to have competition.
You know the great things that free market capitalism can do. But we need a free market for that to happen. The ISPs have local monopolies or duopolies that have strangled the free market. I have seen two proposals for fixing this:
1) Separate ISPs from the "last mile". The companies that physically connects you is separate from the companies that provide service. This way, even if you only have one (i.e. cable or fiber) connection, you will still have access to multiple ISPs (providers). This strategy has been used successfully in the alcohol industry. See the three tier system. This would restore competition and the free market.
2) Regulate ISPs as a utility and force them to wholesale services to competitors. This will also create competition. For examples of wholesale services providing competition see the cellphone industry's MVNOs. Also see the Telecommunications Act of 1996 which required the telcos to allow competitors access to their local lines at regulated wholesale rates.
We know competition is the answer thanks to Google Fiber. When Google Fiber comes to town suddenly the incumbents can offer faster speeds and lower prices.
Personally, I prefer option 1 as it gives the government the least power while restoring the free market. There also may be other options I am unaware of.
American voters are very dissatisfied with the poor service and high cost caused by a lack of competition.
What is your plan to MIGA?

Mr. Trump,
As a Police Officer and Iraq War Vet, I want to personally thank you for showing so much incredible support towards law enforcement officers and military personnel. It means a lot!
My question: If (when) you’re elected to be the POTUS, what will you do about the Fraud, Waste and Abuse in the military? As a 10 year veteran of the armed forces, I can assure you that BILLIONS of tax payer dollars are wasted due to the unnecessary red tape and hoops the military must jump through to accomplish their mission(s). I’d rather see those billions be invested into our nation’s infrastructure! What will you do to ensure this happens?
Bonus Question – I’ve emailed your campaign and my states Republic party representatives to figure out how to get involved in your campaign to turn my blue state red and I’ve received no response! Is there someone I can reach out to? I want to do everything I can to support you to ensure we can MAGA!
Bonus Statement – Your children are very articulate and impressive speakers. I hope they consider getting involved in politics. They would represent the US very well. Extremely impressed by them.
*edit - Hijacking all these upvotes to say THANK YOU to everyone who is showing Police Officers support in these devastating times right now. We LOVE you and we APPRECIATE you for being so wonderful towards us!

Dear Mr. Trump,
Thank you for taking time out of your extremely busy day and life to come here and answer some of our questions! It's very much appreciated, and this transparency you're bringing is one of MANY reasons I've jumped on the TrumpTrain!
I'm a disabled American, who's been unable to work fulltime in over 6-7 years. I have a very debilitating stomach disease which prevents me from enjoying the basics of life, such as eating or sleeping. After years of going through pharmaceutical products in hopes that something will help(nothing has), I've found the one thing that's been able to truly help this 24/7 pain, cannabis/marijuana.
My question for you, Mr. President; what are your plans for the legalization of cannabis, whether medicinally or recreationally? Are you going to hinder the current progress made by almost half the country(who currently have either medicinal laws or full recreational laws on the books) https://i.sli.mg/PoTdNp.jpg or will you help propel this new lucrative business opportunity for our country into new heights?
Take Colorado for example, https://i.sli.mg/U73Stu.jpg in one year since legalizing cannabis, their economy is booming better than ever, there's more money for the school systems, crime rate is down, traffic fatalities are down, the drug cartel's revenue is down, and even opiate deaths are down! https://i.sli.mg/2owZaa.jpg Imagine this type of growth for the entire country!
Even a new poll out today shows that positive interest in Cannabis Legalization is increasing in not only everyday Americans, but Republicans as well https://i.sli.mg/DEVGYs.png
And the best part about this wonderful plant which helps me get some semblance of a life? It has never, EVER killed anyone from an overdose, it's literally impossible to die from using this plant, no matter how much you take https://i.sli.mg/2ca8Fr.png
Will you help push for legalization of cannabis as President?
I know that on the list of priorities in this country, with ISIS threats and disgustingly horrible attacks happening in the Western world almost everyday, with a crumbling infrastructure, with many Americans not having fulltime jobs(me included), with even more jobs being sent away overseas to other countries, etc etc, I know that legalizing this plant may be on the lowest end of the spectrum of priorities. But for me, and many other sick Americans who rely on this plant, this issue is as important as life itself.
Thank you so much for your time in doing this AMA for all of us, thank you for taking the time to campaign around the country and giving the silent majority a voice, we all know you never had to do this, so thank you for stepping up when the time was right to help MAKE AMERICA GREAT AND SAFE AGAIN!

Dear Mr. Trump,
My name is William, and I am a Nuclear Engineering student at North Carolina State University. The Democrats have treated nuclear power horribly. Nuclear power struggles to compete in the market because of unfair subsidies placed on solar and wind energy by the Democrats. Many of our plants have been shut down, and many more are expected to close in the next 20 years. The Democrats have opposed the construction of new plants, which would create many high paying jobs in construction and engineering, because they believe nuclear power is not safe, even though there have been no deaths from over 60 years of nuclear power in the United States. I want to be a part of America’s nuclear future, but I am worried about finding a stable job with all these obstacles.
Do you support American nuclear power? What are your thoughts?

Mr. Trump,
Everyday, when I leave my Manhattan office, I stop to have a friendly talk with our front desk/security manager, Larry. Larry is an African-American man in his early 50’s, a lifelong democrat, and of the true “salt of the earth” character that makes this city and, indeed, this country, great.
For the past few months, Larry has talked almost exclusively about the election and routinely expressed fear and doubt about you as a candidate. Today, however, for the first time, Larry said that he “liked how Trump sounded today” and now thinks "this guy could win”.
Mr. Trump, if you were to speak to Larry, a working class African-American man in his 50’s, what would you tell him as to why he should vote for you? I promise I'll pass it along to him tomorrow.
Also, are we having the victory party in front of Trump Tower in November?
Thanks, and MAGA!

Just before Hillary Clinton's failed campaign in 2008, she pushed for a reinstatement of the 55mph Federal Speed Limit, which had been repealed through a provision in a 1995 Highway Bill from the newly-elected Republican Majority Congress, despite protests from then-President Bill Clinton.
During her speech to the National Press Club in Washington DC, Hillary (who has, by her own admission, not driven a car herself since 1996) said "The 55-mile speed limit really does lower gas usage. And wherever it can be required, and the people will accept it, we ought to do it."
Will you protect the freedom of states to determine their own proper speed limits? Bringing back the Federal Speed Limit would be a disaster for travellers and commuters, but even more so for truckers and the people who rely on them, many of whom are small business owners just barely getting by.

Hello!
In your speech at the RNC you referenced a desire to build the railroads of the 21st century. I’d be interested in hearing from you on what types of projects you have in mind when you said this.
I’d also like to take the opportunity to outline one of my own suggestions.
To summarize the benefits of the proposal upfront:
  • can be completed within 2-3 years (less than one term in office)
  • costs up to $30 trillion but generates $18 trillion in revenue per year upon completion (costs are very, very conservative high end estimates as you will see later and ~$5T is more reasonable but I don’t want to oversell)
  • at the end of 4 years, you have a net profit of $6T plus $18T in revenue every year thereafter
In other words, in your final year as president you can:
  • pay off the national debt
  • cut taxes to 0% across the board
  • maintain all government spending without any further taxation
  • start cutting a check to every American every year for $50,000
The project outline:
  • Launch 100,000 tons of material into GEO using the Falcon Heavy at a cost of $1000/kg for total rocket costs of $100 billion
  • This 100,000 ton of material is used to build a capturing device for payloads sent into space with a rail gun (the simplest idea, but not the best, is to think of it like a big fluffy mattress in orbit - you can hit the mattress with your rail gun payloads to bring them to rest with respect to your target in geosynchronous orbit)
  • To give you an estimate of the railgun costs, high performance maglev tracks cost about $100 million per mile and we need 100 mile long track to keep the gee loading of launches within human survivability. That’s $10 billion, but adding a factor of 10 call it $100 billion for our launch device
The purpose of this system is to launch 17TW/s of solar power capacity into GEO.
  • Here, I have used NASA’s estimates of material costs from 2012 with an economy of scale gained from 500MW production (34,000 times smaller than the actual scale, therefore grossly inflated costs on a per unit basis)
  • $400 million material costs (solar panels, wireless transmission, mirrors, etc.) per 500 MW translates to $13.6T for 17GW of power.
To maintain the orbit of our capturing device, we have to provide thrust equal and opposite to whatever is imparted on the arriving payloads. NASA uses 25 kilogram ion thrusters that produce 90 mN of thrust which is the same as requiring 500 second burn time to correct for its own capture. A practical launch sequence for the project is something like this:
  • Send up 500 MW of solar power generation capacity and 25,000 ion thrusters (what 500 MW can power)
  • It takes 50 days for these 25,000 ion thrusters to correct the orbit of the station
  • Every doubling of power output thereafter takes only 50 days and we need 16 doubling cycles to reach 17TW or ~26 months
Finally, the weight of the wireless transmission capacity is roughly equal to the weight of solar panels + mirrors + structural support, etc., so we need one last doubling cycle to send up the necessary equipment to beam our 17TW of power back down to Earth.
  • The net result is that we’ve paid for 850 million ion thrusters at a cost of $10,000 a piece or $8.5 trillion on top of our $13.6 trillion in solar panels / mirrors / wireless transmission / etc.
  • If you employ 10 million people at $100,000/year for 3 years as part of the project, that costs a further $3 trillion
  • net total is ~$26T
The global average electricity cost is about $0.12/kwh so 17TW/s power generation is equivalent to $18T in revenue.
Some practical notes:
  • material costs can be expected to drop ~95% from an increase in production scale factor 34,000 so our material inputs of $22 trillion is more likely close to $1 trillion
  • I’ve calculated thrust requirements based on a vertical launch from Earth, but the more practical design is an angled launch so that our projectile arrives with a substantial portion (90%) of its orbital velocity, thereby reducing thrust requirements 90%
  • We recapture ~30% of salaries paid ($3 trillion) in taxes plus economists put the multiplier effect of infrastructure programs at around 3 which makes them approximately revenue nuetral (i.e. further recapturing 30% of 3x your expenditure) without considering the benefits of the project in the long run
  • we can build an orbital ring to support wired transmission of power back to Earth for less than the cost of sending up wireless transmission capacity
Therefore the more reasonable cost estimate is something like $1.1T (material) + $1T (GEO capture device + railgun launcher) + $3T (human labor at high salaries) but all of this should be considered revenue neutral due to stimulative effects.

If you’d like a much more detailed take on this project or other ideas, feel free to contact me via PM.

Mr. Trump,
Thank you for taking the time to do this AMA. I'll be upfront and say that I am not a supporter of yours. That being said, I am very open to reasonable political discourse.
While I consider myself lucky to have work and a high level of education, I am faced with a number of issues not generally discussed.
  1. Benefits for the self-employed are difficult. Do you support the separation of insurance and employment? And, what steps would you take to ensure those without traditional employment have access to health care?
  2. I am a biomedical scientist-engineer by training. Are you satisfied with the current levels of federal grant funding available? And, what specific plans do you have regarding academic and corporate-sponsored research?
  3. Self-employment taxes are high. What steps will you take to reduce the tax burden of the self-employed? (who pay the highest marginal tax rate)
  4. Despite living in categorical poverty, I did not receive a large amount of federal or private support for my education. This forced me to take on a significant amount of student loans. Income-based repayment has helped, but is not enough. What options do you support for reducing the burden for high capital, low-wage student loanees? Do you support discharge of loans via Chapter 7 bankruptcy?
  5. Most discussions are set around those living in urban and suburban areas. What will you do to support those of us living in rural America?
Thank you!

Mr. Trump,

You stated on Twitter during the primaries that auditing the Federal Reserve System is something that you deem necessary and is something that you could get behind. You may also be aware of the policy of extensive quantitative easing (money printing) that has been pursued by Janet Yellen, the Federal Reserve, and indirectly by the Obama administration as a way to "restart" the economy after the 2008 financial crisis.
However, we all know that the economy has barely recovered (if at all, just look at the employment and production figures), and there are some economists (who are not affiliated with the Federal Reserve, of course) who believe that the policy of quantitative easing which has inflated the money supply by over 440% since 2008 has made the situation even worse (inflated the bubble) and may be the foundation of an even larger economic crash and depression in the near future. These same economists believe that centrally planning our money supply through the manipulation of interest rates and the money supply will always end like all other times where government has attempted to plan and coordinate a complex market - in total disaster.
With all this being said, my question to you is the following:
With the Federal Reserve being a common denominator in major financial and economic crises in the past and present, what is your opinion on the monetary policy currently pursued by the United States and what do you think should be done about the Federal Reserve, if anything at all?
Thank you!

Mr. Trump, you've been on record saying the "war on drugs" has failed. The "war on drugs" has cost the US hundreds of billons of dollars over decades. Building the wall is one way to stop the crossing of hard drugs into our country, but as some states have shown legalizing marijuana or medical marijuana has lead to tax and tourism revenue. Under a Trump administration, what will the federal stance be on recreational marijuana/medical marijuana and is there any possibility of legalization for much-needed revenue?

Dear Mr. Trump
Do you think you can shut down the massive H-1B, L-1, B-1 visa scams which have been going on for 25 years and has completely obliterated the US tech worker families (and US families who depend on US tech worker spending)? These visas are mathematically absurd and are bad for both US workers AND immigrant workers.
The total losses for "just the US tech workers" over the last 25 years is approximately $12 Trillion. That is not a typo. These visas are a "massive worker ponzi scheme" (i.e, replace older workers (i.e., workers over 35 years!) with younger H-1B, L-1, B-1 workers for the last 25 years).
NOTE: TISA (a small part of TPP) is even worse and it is H-1B, L-1, B-1 on steroids.
These are the links for your staff (Please talk to Senator Sessions. His (and/or his staffers) math is VERY GOOD and he knows these visas are mathematically absurd and it cannot work and is bad for ALL WORKERS i.e., both US and immigrant workers). A small limited immigration is not a problem, but the H-1B, L-1, B-1 math is absurd.
The title that the author chose for this book should perhaps convey the information clearly. “Sold Out: How High-Tech Billionaires & Bipartisan Beltway Crapweasels Are Screwing America's Best & Brightest Workers” https://www.amazon.com/Sold-Out-Billionaires-Bipartisan-Crapweasels/dp/1501115944

Senate testimony of US tech worker on this topic (again this covers only H-1B. L-1, B-1, OPT are much worse) https://youtu.be/YSyRMtT0-sM
Senate testimony of top labor researchers and immigration lawyers on this topic (again this covers only the mathematical absurdity of the H-1B. The L-1, B-1, OPT visas are much worse) https://youtu.be/7PO00fbH6zY
The legal key words to understand in the video below are “clear statutory design”. https://youtu.be/nzIu4sWy2Ws
The entire video streams of the above congressional testimonies are available through C-SPAN and Senate Judiciary website (it might take a while to load these videos). There are also prepared testimonies available in text format along with the videos.

Mr. Future President Trump
I know you will have much to do in the oval office and far greater problems to resolve, but could you please reform our Copyright & Patent laws?
The duration of copyright makes authors works end up in the ownership of big corporations who only exploit them for profit, the expiry date is ludicrous (time of author’s death + 70 years) and it was never supposed to be that long.
The first Copyright Act was in 1790, it was only for a term of 14 years, with the right to renew for one additional 14 year term should the copyright holder still be alive. Ever since then big corporations did everything they could to extend the expiry date (biggest example is the CTEA of 1998, amici curiae economists in court against the CTEA said that it was highly unlikely that the economic benefits from copyright extension under the CTEA outweigh the costs) and now they stifle creativity in favor of profit for them as owners.
The duration of copyright is not compatible with today’s economy and the laws were not made with the Internet in mind.
As for patents, many companies claim patents for inventions they have not even made yet or ever will. Because of this there are many patent troll companies that hold patents ransom, blocking attempts at making an invention and set back many other legitimate companies from technological progress just so they could earn undeserved profit.
There might be many more intellectual property laws that do not function as they were originally intended, I wish that these problems could be looked at as right now they only serve big corporations, stagnate technological progress and stifle creativity.

Mr. Trump,
I am an industry computer software engineer. Hillary has spoken of creating a Manhattan project to break encryption. The necessity of encryption technologies is paramount in today's hyper-collaborative world; cybercrime is rising and taxpayers are losing a lot of money in losses from insurance and online credit card purchase frauds. We as a nation have tried to restrict keysizes for encryption developed in the United States and we are still dealing with the clean-up from old machines and software implementations that are still online, performing mission-critical tasks in industry, that are still susceptible to stupid attacks that allow us to exploit the same weak encryption we sponsored to harm international, and more importantly, American-owned businesses. These kinds of downgrade attacks are plentiful here is another, and making encryption globally unsafe will cause a rise in cybercrime by increasing the risk of doing business online both domestically and internationally. The philosophy of compromising this brilliant field of research and security over an argument of essentially, "we don't want the bad guys to have it", imposes a horrible precedent that can open our doors to more national security threats than before.
What is your stance on encryption?
Thank you kindly for your time.

Hello Mr. Trump,
I am currently an undergraduate college student. In recent years, free speech on college campuses have quickly become an issue. Political discourse is dominated by liberal-minded thinkers and colleges have become increasingly hostile towards right-leaning students like myself. We have seen this madness with the student protests in Mizzou and Yale last year. My concern is that we might be seeing the start of a disturbing political trend. Some of these students will be our future politicians and I’m afraid that our civil liberties will be compromised in the future for the sake of political correctness. My question to you is what can you do as president to help mitigate the growing polarization in our country, especially in environments like college campuses?

Good Evening Mr. Trump,
Air Force Officer here. The proposal by the Senate Armed Services Committee, and championed by Sen. McCain, would drastically cut Basic Allowance for Housing for our Active Duty troops of all branches.
Many young Airmen that I have talked to would seriously consider leaving the service if these cuts were made.
Our troops are relatively under-compensated compared to their civilian counterparts, especially in non-combat roles such as contracting and engineering.
The politically correct culture now has infiltrated the Armed Services, and frequently acts as ankle weights for those in leadership. It keeps good ideas from being shared and acted upon and penalizes troops for very small missteps.
Mr. Trump, my question to you is, what is your plan to support and retain the fine folks serving in our military?

Mr. Trump, as a veteran and former employee of the NSA, I find the revelations that the agency focused on American citizens to be appalling. What are your thoughts on the policies set that "allowed" for Americans to be secretly monitored, and what steps will you take to ensure security without compromising the rights of the American public?

  1. How do you feel about doing debates on networks that have proven to be colluding with the DNC / Hillary Campaign? Will there be any push to ensure the debates are more fair?
  2. In the future debates do you plan on bringing up older issues that the media seems to ignore, such as the speech transcripts or the lack of recent press conferences?
  3. Why do you believe your movement has gained such a tremendous following online?
  4. You have said before that you plan to deport the illegal immigrants currently in the United States, but many have criticized the difficulty of this task. Once president would you consider a path to citizenship for illegal immigrants currently in the country if they meet certain criteria?
  5. What is your favorite food at Raising Canes?
On a side note, would you consider tweeting the link to the Clinton Cash documentary; after watching this today I believe it is extremely important for all voters to be aware of this.

The war on drugs has been a total disaster, particularly the war on marijuana. Colorado has seen great success with legalization and regulation of recreational weed. History teaches us that prohibition only makes things worse by creating black markets. "Medicinal" weed would only serve to make billions for the pharmaceutical industry/lobbyists. Do you agree or disagree? And how would you tackle this issue on a federal level?

Mr Trump,
I am a legal immigrant who is currently awaiting his green card. I came here through the L then later E visa. I refused to use the H system (though it would have been cheaper and easier) as I see it as morally bankrupt and severely harmful to both the economy and the job market of America.
Do you intend to overhaul the H1 system and what will you do to the current biased visa system to encourage more immigration from developed nation to bring in educated workers who intend to commit to America?
Also, on a completely non rational point, as a Scottish American, I hope your YOU smash it.
Cheers

To the untrained eye, if often seems that your actions as a candidate are very off-the-cuff and unplanned. However, many here have perceived a very intricate methodology to many of them, with a great deal of them revealing hidden depth as time goes on, or casually subverting the untrained mind into patterns of thinking that lead them to question their long-held beliefs. This “4D Chess”, as we refer to it here, has confounded your opponents throughout your campaign, most recently leading Hillary Clinton to reveal that her emails may have sensitive information in an illegal fashion.
How much thought do you put into these complex and nuanced words and actions? Do you have to make an effort to plan them, or do they just naturally come to you?

Thank you SO much for doing an AMA with the community here. It means SO much to ALL of us! I would be so honored to hear your response to either of my questions as they mean so much to me and for the success of our movement.
Republican candidates historically struggle to appear compassionate and relatable to Americans in exchange for dry policy speeches that many Americans can't connect with. What will you do to showcase your love and devotion towards ALL Americans, and defeat the Democrats' FALSE narrative of a divisive, hateful, bigoted, and self-interested Republican candidate and party come November?
And the second:
Historically, Republicans have done a poor or absent job reaching out to typically Democrat constituencies and campaigning in Democrat districts. How will you reach out to heavily-Democratic groups such as women, and the black, Hispanic, and LGBT communities, and what will you do to change the perception and outreach efforts of the Republican Party to be one of inclusion and prosperity for ALL Americans?
I also have a personal question:
I am an American with a learning disability; I am on the autistic spectrum/have Aspergers' syndrome. This makes it challenging to socialize, network, and have initiative in life which are critical to career advancement, but our education system and our workforce fails to adequately recruit, train, and accommodate disabled workers. What will you do for Americans with learning disabilities in regards to our education system and finding gainful employment in our competitive workforce?
I also want to thank you for sacrificing yourself for this country. I know it must be tough to endure the vicious and extreme character defamation you've had to endure. It means SO much to ALL of us that you would risk your fortunes and your reputation to Make America Great Again! We love you for it, and thank you again!
I hope you come to Wisconsin again soon. I'd love to have a chance to meet you!

Mr. Trump, I’m very excited to see you as our 45th President of the United States and I truly believe this will be the case. Your views, while strong, are what this country needs to steer us away from an otherwise bleak and ‘politically correct’ future.
My question to you is: As President, how will you handle Edward Snowden? Do you still truly believe he’s a traitor to the American people or do you see how he’s been able to expose just how totalitarian our federal government treats our Citizens’ privacy?
Thanks so much for doing this AMA with us today!

Mr. Trump,
I'm a legal immigrant and a US citizen for the past 10 years. My entire family was so happy to finally see someone talking about the illegal immigration issue seriously on the national stage.
Obviously the most glaring problem is the nearly open Mexican border, but I want to know if you have plans to deal with the other avenues used by illegal immigrants. For example, nearly 500k people overstayed their temporary visas in 2015. That number is sure to increase massively once the border routes are cut off.
What are your thoughts on dealing with this issue?

1) How do you plan on practicing for the debates with Crooked Hillary? (Do you even need to considering you can't stump the Trump)
2) As a father of five children myself, and relatively (to the average American) of some means (I'm a project manager turned division of a company manager) how the hell dId you raise your children to be that amazing? (My kids are still young and wonderful, I look to yours as inspiration)

Dear Mr. Trump,
Thank you for doing this AMA!!!! I know you are extremely busy, but please answer my question if you can, I do not care how long it takes for a response!

Question: How do you plan to help revitalize the dying private practice medical industry for small business doctors?

There is a massive doctor shortage in the US. Nearly 50% of private practitioners have closed their doors since Obamacare was enacted. Because of the ever increasing costs and regulations, doctors went from making ~ 75 cents on the dollar to now ~ 15 cents. They also have every decision second-guessed by bureaucrats and insurance agents who never went to medical school.
By 2025, it is estimated the US will lose over 100,000 doctors. Every doctor I speak to advises potential medical students NOT to go into medicine! Applications to medical schools have decreased drastically over past 3 years. A lot of potential doctors do not see the personal cost/benefit of practicing under socialized medicine. That is why most of the qualified students end up going to law school.

Dear Mr. Trump,

I'm a big fan of yours and want to praise you for many things, but out of respect for other people's questions, I'll get straight to my own:

Edward Snowden leaked US secrets to the world and endangered national security by doing so. However, some people argue this is ethically justifiable by ulterior motives. Sometimes the system is so crooked that you need to do something drastic to straighten it out again. Snowden tried to fix the problems he saw via legal ways first and only resorted to illegal ways when the system failed him. I understand you value loyalty a lot and what Snowden did was very disloyal to the US. But in some way it also seemed very loyal to the American people.

Do you believe what Snowden did can ever be justified, for instance if he had opened the people's eyes to the corruption running rampant in the Democratic Party?
How would you treat him if he were to return to the US, legaly of course, under your presidency?
Would you agree that what Hillary Clinton did with her e-mails was in many ways worse, since her motives were purely egoistic?

Kind regards and good luck in all your future endeavours,
Tennoji

Hello Mr. Trump. Over the past few years, the future of space exploration has come into question with the cancellation of the Space Shuttle, the rise of new aerospace companies like SpaceX and Blue Origin, and the race to Mars. Additionally, NASA and its latest project, the Space Launch System, have been criticized as inefficient and wasteful because the program is costing billions while being delayed for years.
What are your thoughts on the current state of the private space industry? What are your plans as president for NASA, especially in regard to the question of its current role in space exploration?

Good evening Mr. Trump, and thank you so much for spending your valuable time and energy to answer our questions here.
I'm a 17 year old NYC resident, so I'm real familiar with the Trump name and I'm astonished at how much you've accomplished in this city and around the world. Unfortunately I won't be able to vote in the upcoming election, but my mom is a legal immigrant from Ireland as my Dad was, coming here in the 90's, and I've convinced her to get on board the Trump Train.
My Dad passed away last October from a long illness, and my mom has had to work 7 days a week just to get me, my brother and herself the things we need. I've been working myself as an engineer during the summer, and I'm saving money and trying to help my mom out as much as I can (recently bought my first car as well).
When the insurance companies found out my Dad had passed away, Obamacare increased the cost of my Mom's insurance for all of us and nearly lost coverage, despite her and myself paying high taxes on income.
I'm a former Bernie supporter, but it's become extremely clear to me that you're the one candidate with the strength and the will to fight back against corruption and sell outs to fight for the people, the working American people who have built this country, a rank that includes my mother and yourself, Mr. Trump.
My question is simply how will you be able to improve the lives of working American people such as my mom, from healthcare to income and taxes and to national safety, and myself for college tuition and the future job market I look to enter upon graduating. But first and foremost I'd like to thank you for running an inspiring, steadfast and hugely successful campaign, and showing people like my mom and myself that there is still a candidate out there that won't stop fighting for all of us.
Thank you for your time and I hope my question reaches you. Best of luck in November, even though I'm sure you won't even need it.
Make America Great Again
TRUMP 2016
(p.s. If the opportunity ever arises for someone like myself to work for your campaign, administration or any of your organizations, it would be my honor)

President Trump, thank you for doing this AMA. My question for you is regarding your stance on NASA and space exploration in general. I know Newt Gingrich feels strongly about this topic, and I hope you may have spoken about it because the scientific revolution involved in the exploration of space in the past century are perceived as one of those details that made America Great in the first place. As president, would you favor increasing the budget for NASA? Would you help and collaborate with private companies such as Spacex to achieve their goals, such as colonizing Mars in this case?

Mr. Trump,
I am a family physician. Many physicians are becoming increasingly frustrated as we watch government regulations and mandates invade the physician-patient relationship, to the detriment of healthcare. Insurance and hospital corporations have been just as damaging for the same reasons, chasing out the traditionally independent physician, and eroding physician autonomy. How will you return control of medicine in the United States back to the physicians, so that we can spend more time treating our patients, and less time being mired in red tape?

Mr. Trump, you have run an exceptional campaign that has highlighted the corruption of "Establishment Politics" during the primary process. This was further exemplified this week by wikileaks publishing emails that highlight the internal corruption at the DNC (possibly leaked by a disgruntled DNC staffer).
Sadly, we all know this corruption reaches much, MUCH deeper within the government itself and that many government workers are afraid to speak out since they risk severe repercussions.

Would you consider creating an independent taskforce (and strengthening whistleblower laws) to allow government workers to submit evidence securely and confidentially in order to help eliminate corruption across all aspects of government?

How can we manage to get the wall built to secure our country?
Most of the land along the Mexican border is owned by private citizens. When the fence approved by President Bush in 2006 was built, the federal government tried using the power of eminent domain to get a hold of border-land, but ended up suing hundreds of families after they refused to sign away their rights to the land. How will we overcome this obstacle?
Another problem: A 1970 treaty prohibits building anything that may cause obstruction of normal flow of the Rio Grande. Because of this and other reasons, the border fence was built considerably inland, leaving American land and citizens south of the border - unsafe. In some places, treaty obligations and river flood zones would require the wall to be built well into the US.
These problems face our border-wall plan. How can we overcome them?

What do you see as the future of blue collar work in America?

Hello Mr. President, I have a few questions to ask.
-Hilary Clinton is fighting not just for the presidency, but to stay out of prison as well. I believe that with page after page of her corruption, that it isn't a large leap to assume that her people inside the DNC will try to rig the vote. Do you believe this is a possibility, and if so how would you intend to prevent this?
-How do you feel about net neutrality?
-What are your thoughts on Julian Assange, the head of Wikileaks, and Edward Snowden? Has the DNC scandal changed your mind on them?
-Why are you interested in bringing manufacturing jobs back to the United States? It isn't it more economical to have China manufacture our things since there economy is geared to it while we focus on our economy on being the best at innovating?
-I watched a VICE episode on HBO (Sweet Home Alabama) detailing the economical downfall of their mass deportations of illegal immigrants. Now I dislike the special treatment illegal immigrants get over legal immigrants like myself and see the dangers of unrestricted immigration the like of which is happening in Europe; but I cannot deny their role in the economy: they do the jobs that not many people want to do. What are your plans to prevent the economic downturn that Alabama had when they cracked down on illegal immigrants on a national scale?

First of all, I want to thank you for being such an energizing candidate. You have single handedly changed the right wing political field in a way nobody has since Ronald Reagan. You are the first candidate i've had the opportunity of voting for and I couldn't be more happy. Here are my questions:
Has your stance on whistleblowers and internet neutrality changed at all after having seen the good that can be accomplished by organizations such as WikiLeaks?
Would you consider reviving the Fairness Doctrine to counteract the collusion and bias that have clearly infected America's mainstream media?
Will you change anything about the presidential primary process to make it less of an uphill battle for future non-establishment candidates?

  1. I noticed that occasionally, ideas or concepts that were discussed on this page were picked up by your team shortly after they were posted here on /r/The_donald. Do you or your team keep an eye on this page for inspiration at all, or was it just coincidental.
  2. I graduated college in 2009 and was welcomed by a cold job market, after struggling for year working menial jobs, I eventually gave up working "jobs", channeled my inner Trump, got a real estate license, and started putting all of those funds toward what I wanted to do. Radio. I started my own podcast, that was quickly picked up by a local FM radio station. We reached the front page of reddit with our previous Donald Trump episode, and I was wondering if you, Donald J. Trump, would be willing to come on our little show for a short interview about how a presidential race is somewhat like a sporting event (our show is sports related), and how you developed your drive to be the best at all you do.
Thank you for your time Mr. Trump.
Edit: a phone interview or Skype interview would be more than acceptable. We would also fly to wherever is convenient for you if need be.
Edit edit: Lots of people asked to link the show.
Didn't want to post link, didn't want to look like I was link spamming. The sport of a campaign is our last trump episode!

Hello Mr Donald Trump. It's an honor to address the 45th president of the United States! Thank you for doing this AMA.
I'd like to know your stance on the future of Nuclear energy.

With the current average age of US Nuclear plants at 35 years, do you see yourself pushing the production of newer and safer modern plants?
Would you consider using eminent domain to finally open the Yucca Mountain storage facility, and remove the waste from unsecure holding ponds scattered throughout populated areas?

In response to Fukushima in 2011, you were quoted, saying “I’m in favor of nuclear energy, very strongly in favor of nuclear energy" and “If a plane goes down people keep flying. If you get into an auto crash people keep driving.”
Has this view developed in any way in the years since then?

As a mechanical engineer, I see how many of the "green" technologies (like solar) require huge subsidies and a disproportionate amount of labor to be feasible.
Alternatively, Nuclear energy seems like a great cost effective and scalable way to diversify and reduce our dependence on fossil fuels while being able to meet the increasing energy demands of our growing economy.
Thank you!

Mr. Trump,
You often talk about bad deals. Here is one such deal. If you scroll down to "hemispheric cooperation" (a nice catchy title don't you think?), we see that Obama has committed $750M to Central America under the banner of the North American Caucus. We literally get NOTHING out of this. One can't even make the argument that "a safer Nicaragua is a safer US" because we don't even share a border with them.
Unfortunately this bad deal overlaps with what I would consider to be government waste. There is a non-profit known as Citizens Against Government Waste. Last year they put together a list totaling $648 BILLION of proposed savings in government cuts. Unfortunately, this group comes with its own set of controversies due to donations and accusations of lobbying on the behalf of big business at times, but with my skeptic's hat on, assuming even a quarter of this list is valid, we're talking about A LOT of money that could be saved. Essentially bad deals with ourselves too. I'm not sure if such a thing exists, but would you ever consider a government body that wouldn't need to rely on donations that could perform auditing in this way? An independent group that could look for fraud, waste and abuse instead of relying on Congressional budget hearings and asking govt agencies to do their own axe work? I see these things and think to myself whenever we talk about taxes that it seems like we can do a lot better with the money we're currently spending before we ask for more.

Will you and the RNC prepare a plan to prevent and counter any electoral fraud / vote rigging that is committed by the Crooked Hillary camp?
Knowing how corrupt Clinton is, and how this extends to almost everyone who associates with her, in combination with the huge amounts of funding behind her from her shady owners, I believe this to be a real threat and it would be the only scenario in which you would lose the election to her.

Mr. Trump,
Thank you for fighting the good fight. Your historic presidential run has been an inspiration to me. I am a mid-thirties middle class American whose goal in life is to provide for his family so that my children can grow up in a better place than I did. Working in the IT industry, one of the biggest challenges to that goal is H1-B visa abuse. Your tough stance on this solidifies my vote.
However, another big threat I see is the outsourcing/offshoring of back office jobs to other countries. I’m not just talking about IT support and call centers. Recently, I’ve seen entire accounting and even HR departments being sent overseas for no other reason than to provide more value to an already healthy stock price. Do you have anything in your platform to address back office offshoring?

Mr. Trump,
My name is Emily Banach and this will be the first time I will give my vote to this country’s office and help elect the 45th President of these United States. You and your policies are plainly what this country has been looking for, for the past 8 years but never had an embodiment of our combined voices to speak. There is no doubt in my mind that you will win, and that you will win “Big League.”
As I understand, you will have many issues to discuss and many to rectify and as the President you will strive to live up to what you promised. However, you may find that in between these moments people will ask you for your input or your favor. Today, I am one of those people. You will have a lot of power as the President. One of them will be to pardon someone of their crime.
You are a great father, your children seem to absolutely adore you and are proud of all you achieved. As a father, you must know what value it holds to protect your children. I hope then, that you will understand what I’m asking of you.
My father’s name is David Banach and about 10 years ago he was tried in court for shining a laser at helicopter. I was about 8 years old. A few days prior, someone had done the same at an airport, but escaped. The police, assuming my father was the culprit of both crimes, came to my home. What they didn’t understand at the time, was that it wasn’t my father at all who shined the laser that night, it was me. Although he tried to explain this, our family was hushed by the outcry of the media and they called my father terrible names for trying to “pin the blame on me.”
I’m not sure of everything that transpired after that, my parents aren’t fond of talking about that time although we’ve grown stronger as a family through it. All I am asking is that you look into this particular event and help make it right again. I know my father would have voted for you if he had the ability.
Thank you for coming to this subreddit today,
—Emily
My father has no idea that I've written this and he's not a man to ask for help, that being said, I do believe in trying.

Good morning Mr. President,
My question involves legal immigration to the USA. I married my wife in November 2014. I am a natural-born US citizen, and she is from and was living in South Asia at the time of our wedding. After we were married, I worked on getting all the information needed to the appropriate offices (USCIS), and it took TWO YEARS for her to finally get the chance to come be with me here in the USA.
There were no issues with my application, the problem was the bureaucracy. After a document was sent to the Department of State, or DHS, they would acknowledge receipt, and then it would be six months or longer until any further action was taken with no support or explanation of what the cause of the delays were. This process grows longer and longer for immigrants to come to the USA lawfully, while it seems illegal immigrants are given instant access to the country, and provided with government programs for which legal immigrants are unable to obtain, e.g. medicare or food- stamps. When you are elected, what will you do to improve the legal immigration process to make sure that immigrants who are qualified to enter the country are able to come and reunite with their spouse or family without unduly long delays? Also, what will you do to make the prospect of coming illegally less appealing to potential illegal aliens, or once they’re here, how can you ensure once they are sent back they do not return?
Thank you Mr. President,
My wife and I are rooting for you, and you had my vote since the Arizona primary. MAGA

Mr. Trump:
First, I just want to give you my utmost thanks for doing this. As a younger, first time voter, I saw the media go from loving you, during the horrible attack on our country on September 11th, to launching a slanderous campaign of misinformation and hatred towards you. I live in a pretty left state and it disgusts me how many people think Clinton isn't all that bad, or sanders still has a shot.
  1. Today, if a fair election were held, it's clear you'd come out on top. Further down the road, I think it's safe to say the same, but the operative word is "fair". Given the rampant corruption in the DNC and the terrible lack of principles on Clinton's part, how do you plan to defend yourself against tampering with votes?
  2. I haven't heard a strong plan for college and healthcare from you. I'm 100% with you but I have a LOT of friends who are teetering between voting independent and voting you, and college and healthcare is THE deciding factor for them. What would you like to tell them?
  3. Many, many years ago, there were a few interviews, specifically between you and Oprah I believe, during which you were asked about a political run. You responded you wouldn't like to be president, but if it came down to it, and America reached a point of corruption and debt, you would consider it. Is that what made you decide to run? If not, could you explain the process?
  4. What are your plans for the BLM movement's alleged plans with Loretta Lynch to institute martial law under Obama? Do you think there's any legitimacy? If so, how do you plan to combat that?
  5. How do you feel about Twitter (censoring Milo; also how do you feel about Milo), Google (censoring you when searching "presidential candidates"), and Facebook (blocking outbound links to wikileaks), among others? Are you for a free internet?
Feel free to answer these questions selectively if you don't want bad net from some of them.
Thank you for your time!
EDIT: When you posted a caricature of a anthropomorphic frog with your hair next to an American flag and a trump sign, did you understand the implications?

Many of us, including yourself, value heavily the second amendment right of the people to keep and bear arms. Unfortunately, many of our politicians over the years have imposed regulations making it very difficult for Law Abiding citizens to fully practice this right. The founding fathers believed that a population with the right to bear arms equal in capabilities to that of their government would be the biggest insurance for a free society. Unfortunately, our government has decided that the citizens should not be trusted with such arms, such as in the case of the heavy limitations placed on an individual's access and possession of automatic weapons, despite no evidence of them increasing homicide rates or making the people less safe.
So, Mr. Trump, as president of the United States of America, will you reverse the regulations placed on the people's ability to own, trade, and use automatic firearms, allowing them to be treated and traded like any other semi-automatic firearm, and will you finally do away with the completely ludicrous and unnecessary 1989 import ban and other such regulations that limit the people's ability to access firearms.
I'm sure you know as well as any true American nationalist - A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Mr. Trump,
My family legally immigrated to this country and we are all voting for you. We think that immigration is a very important issue and we want everyone coming in to follow the rules just like we did. However, the legal immigration system is currently a mess and encourages illegal immigration. What is your plan to reform the legal immigration system?

Mr Trump, never did I think we would have a major candidate running for president who was opposed to globalist practices such as NAFTA, TPP, and open borders. Could you expand upon when you first began to be skeptical of these ideas, and what lead you to being pro-American sovereignty? Would a Trump Administration place the United States Constitution above any international agreement, including the UN Charter?

Mr. Trump,
I propose to you, during your presidency, a monthly get together where 6 to 8 citizens of this great nation are chosen via random lottery and are invited to voice their concerns over dinner at the White House. This will be a great way for you to not only keep in touch with the American people, but also keep citizens active and excited about what is happening in their government. It can be likened to a more intimate fireside chat where you can get invaluable feedback from the people you will hopefully be representing come 2017. After seeing so much special treatment towards celebrities and other high profile guests during the current administration, it would be outstanding to see some average, hardworking Americans invited to the White House. The White House is the peoples house. It is a symbol of our country, and perhaps one of the most influential buildings in human history. I hope that you will be our tenant come this January, as we are drawing up eviction papers for the current tenants right now.
Thank you Mr. Trump for your time,
A Concerned Citizen.

Hello Mr. Trump!
I live in CA and went to your amazing rally in Costa Mesa. I didn't know when I would ever have another chance to see the next president of the US, so I drove an hour and a half with my Iranian grandfather to see you, and met up with my friend and his dad. We were so happy with how it turned out! You talked about every subject we wanted to hear you talk about and more!
It got interesting when you first mentioned Ted Cruz, and my friend and I began chanting "lyin ted" and the rest of the crowd in our area immediately picked it up and it quickly spread throughout the stadium. You even stopped to make a point about how bad we as a group had branded him. I can't prove this obviously but that's not important. What is important is that it happened and was just another factor that contributed to Ted dropping out.
So my question to you is, how does it feel looking back at how many career politicians and candidate you've taken down and out? Are you surprised with how difficult it was, or was it rather easy for you? I'd imagine that looking back it must be funny to see everyone in the media and government be entirely wrong about you and the movement, and who would eventually get the nomination.
Thank you very much and I hope you have a great day!

Dear Mr. Trump,
I like your campaign and find your non-PC tone refreshing.
You've stated that you are pro 2nd Amendment, but I have yet to hear strong views on the 1st and ESPECIALLY THE 4th Amendment from you.
Mass surveillance is the staple of police states. Our DNI (Clapper) committed perjury in congress and got away with it. I personally consider someone like Snowden a hero that informed us of our government spying illegally on law abiding citizens... just like Assange is informing us now of the nefarious activities of the DNC and Hillary.
With the Obama presidency we were promised transparency and instead received an administration that prosecuted more whistle-blowers than all other administrations combined while expanding the W Bush mass surveillance programs.
Would a Trump presidency fight for the rights of law abiding Americans' privacy or would it be pro Big Brother?

Thank you for spending the time to answer our questions tonight.
You have been vocal about your desire to potentially audit the Federal Reserve. Do you see this as a high priority for your first few years in office? To that end, do you have any specific steps in mind at this stage of your campaign? As President Trump, will you consider enlisting the help of former Congressman Ron Paul in an advisory role to accomplish this?
Thank you for running and thank you for putting America first. Make America great again.
[-]HighEnergyFloridian 6 points
Mr. Trump, thank you for running for President and Making America Great Again! Your glorious high energy and can-do attitude inspires me to be a better person.
I have two questions for you, Mr. Trump.
First, as POTUS, would you advocate for an end to birthright citizenship? I was born on a US military base overseas and I do not have dual citizenship, as the country of my birth does not have a policy of Jus soli. I am not entitled to become a citizen of that nation simply by being born there. I feel this is how the United States should operate, that we should not have birthright citizenship, and that citizenship of the greatest country on earth is a privilege and not a right that all can obtain simply by being born here.
Also, what are your thoughts on affirmative action? As a young woman, I find policies like this to be a little insulting, as if simply by being a woman I need special advantages to get ahead (and couldn't possibly get ahead due to my own hard work and skills). I want to be judged on the content of my character and the quality of my work, not given special benefits simply for being a woman. Equality should mean equality for all, not special treatment for some at the expense of everyone else.

Hey Mr. Trump,
I'm a 23-year old transgender woman from small town NH. I remember you dropped by the red arrow diner back when NH was still holding its primary and it made all the local papers.
For a long time now the Republican party has been known for its outright hostility towards most lgbt folks, but I've also noticed you've been largely silent on the subject. Could you take a moment to clarify your position on already existing legislation that's been passed this year, as well as what (if any) plans you have to keep transgender Americans like myself safe if you're elected president?
Thanks.

Both Bernie supporters and Trump voters discovered how corrupt our two-party system is. It took a billionaire TV star and strategic mastermind to defeat the GOP game while Bernie succumbed to the carrot and stick of the DNC and Crooked Hillary. When you are President, what will you do to reform the crony U.S. political system so that real Americans will have a chance to serve as, and vote for, elected officials who actually care about our country?

Hello future President Trump! This question is about both the public and private sectors of the space industry.
First, what are your thoughts on NASA and the budget of NASA? Do you believe that with better management NASA could accomplish more with its 19+ billion budget, or do you have something else in mind about NASA.
Secondly, what are your thoughts on the private sector of the space industry(SpaceX, ULA, Blue Origin, Virgin, etc.)? Many have said that the future of space is not in government agencies but in corporations? Do you believe so and how would you encourage the growth of the private space industry as President?
Thanks! November can not come soon enough!

Thank you! -Mike

Mister Trump,
I'm a Bernie Sanders supporter and I would like to know what you offer me as an American Born Hispanic.
Some of the main concerns I have is the exorbitant price for college and universal health care. What are you stances on this and how would you go about to remedy the situation?
Another is the amount of power that TPP would give Large Corporations and how unregulated Wall Street has become. How would you as president stop (if you do) TPP and regulate Wall Street?
A concern many Californians have is the rising real estate prices caused by Chinese Nationals "investing" and pushing out Americans. It's the same story in Vancouver, London, etc. What would you do to stop or at the very least curb the flood of Chinese money flowing into our system and edging out the Middle Class?
And finally, you yourself have said the political system is rigged. How do you intend to fix it? Clearly the DNC Leaks have put a spotlight on the issue, what reforms do you have in mind?
Congratulations on your Nomination, no one thought you would get this far but you proved everyone wrong.
Thanks you for reading, have a good day.

Hi Mr. President! It’s an honor to have you here! I just have a couple of questions.
*How does it feel to go from being a fringe candidate on a stage with 16 other people to being the man single-handedly reinventing the GOP?
*What policy can we expect concerning NASA? Will you help us be first not only in trade but in scientific progress too?
*With rumors of voter fraud surrounding the Democratic primaries, how can we make sure the general election stays fair?
Thank you so much in advance, and best of luck beating Crooked Hillary!

Mr. Trump,
Question highlighted below.
You gave another epic speech at the RNC, but I have reservations with "the law and order candidate".
That’s a given seeing as you are running against a criminal, but could you clarify? For example, during Hillary’s last failure in the White House, she pushed the “Tough on Crime” bill. She called her constituents “super predators” and the impact of the bill lead to cases like Ted Cruz prosecuted to the Supreme Court where a man stole a calculator and was sentenced to 16 years. It lead to fatherless children, some nasty policing practices, harsh sentencing for the poor and diverse, and high rates of recidivism: Hillary’s “prison to prison pipeline". This isn’t law and order, but apparently, that’s what it means to Hillary - as long as she isn’t the suspect.
I understand that Obama has made some terrible leadership decisions in regards to prosecuting certain criminals, and he was just as heartless as the Clintons when it came to prosecuting marijuana. To pander to Bernie supporters, Hillary will apparently “look into” decriminalizing/legalizing marijuana. Being that it had been an issue during their first stay in the White House, while she was a senator, and Head of State, suggests it takes Hillary quite a while to look into it, long enough for 15,000,000 arrests for marijuana to take place.
As the law and order candidate, what will you do to address America having the world’s highest incarceration rate (apart from Seychelles, population < 90k), thanks, in part, to Hillary Clinton?
Thank you.

Mr. Trump, I first want to thank you for doing this AMA, and thank you for everything you have done for our country already. You're my inspiration, I've read your book, "The Art of the Deal" and it is fantastic.
So to my question. As small business owner who manufactures everything in the USA, as well as the son of 2 wonderful small business owners themselves, What is your plan with IRS audits and shakedowns?
My parents just went through a 3 year shakedown from the IRS which at the end the IRS found absolutely nothing. Though my parents didn't have to pay any fines or anything, all of the accounting and lawyer costs were so massive that they almost made my parents' business go under. It's horrible that the government themselves came and almost destroyed my parents business even when they did nothing wrong.
Any comments on this subject would be great!
Thank you Mr. Trump

President Trump,
One of the most glaring examples of Obama not being the person he said he was is his excessive and aggressive prosecution of whistle blowers in this country. My question is what are your thoughts on the laws protecting those who expose the corruption and immorality of our government from within? Even if sometimes they will be detrimental to those who work under you.
Another question I have is we are beginning to structure the future for what we are now calling our Digital Identity. What are your thoughts for the future of what might become a massive part of oneself, I believe we need to fully wrap it in the clothes of freedom in order to protect ourselves from whatever oppression the future brings.
In addition I agree with you about bolstering our intelligence overseas but I worry about what that means for American's right to privacy. Should an American living inside our country's borders have the peace of mind to know the government is not looking at what we are doing online unless they have been issued a warrant?

Mr. Trump, it is an INCREDIBLE honor to have you answering questions tonight! I've supported you even when there were 17 candidates running!
I'd like to ask a simple question if I may. Do you think the American Government needs to be more transparent with it's people? I know you believe that we need to stay unpredictable to take out the bad guys (ISIS,) but sometimes I feel that our government hides FAR too much from us.
In light of the recent email leak showing how corrupt the DNC is, do you think you would try and expose the corruption in our country and create a more open government for our people?

Hello Mr. Trump! I am a big fan from across the globe, Finland! For quite some time I have seen tremendous violence and other attacks being committed by unintegrated migrants that have arrived to Europe in great and ever increasing numbers. And it seems that the entire leadership of Europe had gone insane, they ignore and excuse these terrible acts! And then they ask for even more migrants, despite the previous ones being a huge burden!
The biggest and one of the only political forces calling this out is you, Mr. Trump. And the media is so dishonest, they hate you for saying the truth so they must try to stop you, but they must also lie because you have reasonable policies! And this isn’t only happening in the US, the media is dishonest everywhere, in Europe especially!
My question is, if (or when) you become the president of the USA, will you use your political power to try to be a positive influence for us Europeans as well? If so, how do you plan to help?

Mr. Trump,
As a student at the University of Michigan, I was sadly unsurprised when students called the police after seeing chalk slogans in your support on campus. Such reactions are the pathetic results of a college culture now seen across the U.S. in which students are encouraged to feel safe rather than challenged and truly educated.

How will you help the under performing students in the school system achieve greater results and hold the teachers accountable for bringing up under performing students (instead of giving up or having lowered expectations)
Also, if you are for charter schools, how will you make sure those in public schools don't get left too far behind due to not having the resources/money to get into charter schools. How will you preserve public schools?

Good evening Mr. Trump, I am a big fan of yours from across the pond.
Unlike Barack Obama and Crooked Hillary Clinton, who tried to scare the British people with obvious lies and fear-mongering, you came out in support of Brexit - a movement which in many ways echoes the sentiment of your presedential campaign. So..
1 - If you are elected president, will you strenghen the 'special relationship' between Britain and the USA which has been severely undermined under Obama?
2 - Does the Brexit vote give you a sense of momentum that this is a movement across the western world away from globalism and back to the basic principles of sovereignty and fair trade?

So we know Debbie Wasserman Schultz was the co-chair of Hillary's 2008 presidential run where she lost to Obama. So in order to lock down the nomination for 2016, Hillary had to get DWS in charge of the DNC and manipulate it from the inside.
In order for this to work, they would not only have to get the DNC chair to step down, but recommend DWS for the position. The Clinton's would have to promise something to that person. Something more prestigious than being the head of the democratic party. So what would they get.....?
According to http://rulers.org/usgovt.html#parties the person who stepped down and recommended DWS was no one other than...
Tim Kaine

As far as I'm aware, the NSA has stopped a total of zero terrorist attacks, so how can we rationalize spending tax dollars on something that invades people's privacy without even getting any results?
[-]rAlexanderAcosta 3 points
Mr. Trump,
I want to apologize in advance for my longish pre-amble, but I do think successfully answering this question will help you court Libertarians such as myself.
I am a dyed-in-the-wool capitalist, so your positions on trade have left me a little weary throwing my vote your way. However, I'd welcome a Trump victory.
I see you as a capitalist at home but as a protectionist abroad. I am not a fan of populism and I suppose I can be considered one of those nasty "globalists", and IF it were any other candidate talking of protectionist policies, I'd be almost automatically dismiss them. However, I do think that you are capable of strong-arming America into a better position.
You are the only candidate I am willing to bend my vote for since you meet my top two criteria: 1) a successful business man, 2) a Republican from a blue state (Republicans from blue states tend to be pro-market yet also pro-civil liberties which matches my Libertarian ideas closely).
People peg you as a right-wing extremist, but I think it takes incredible negotiation and compromising skills to succeed in the business world, so, if anything, I'd be willing to bet that you'd serve as a moderate with an "America First" twist. You're a man who got rich off making good deals, so I know that you can't be an extremist or incredibly stubborn if you want to habitually make profitable deals. People won't sign on the dotted line if there isn't a benefit to them and neither would you if there weren't a benefit to you. Deals have to be a win-win.
Further, I want to applaud your honesty when you say you were taking advantage of the system as a business man by making friends with both sides of the aisle. I think it shows that you know how to work with what you got. I think this is more evidence to support my idea that you will serve as a moderate.
I do think that you will look for middle ground wherever you can find it.
So here is my question:
What are you going to do to make sure Libertarians such as myself vote for you in 2016 AND 2020? What Libertarian ideals (expanding the free-market and expanding civil liberties) are you going to push for during your next 4 years in the Oval? We Libertarians love liberty and we've seen it eroded greatly under Bush and Obama. What will you do to restore it?
I'm being general here, but I credit all the great things this country has done and all great things Americans have done is due to our liberty to pursue our dreams. I honestly cannot fathom making America great again without the restoration of liberty, not just religious liberty, but ALL liberty. I am an agnostic man that tends to not like churches, but I love that people have the liberty to practice their religion. But I also think it is important to protect the liberty of gay people and the liberty of your ordinary American that just wants to be left alone.
That being said, I can't wait to see what you do to Clinton! I can't wait to hear you talk about how she had to rig the system against Bernie and how she won with the help of super delegates because nobody wants her!

My question to you. Once in office, (and perhaps already, having come this far) you will be faced with very large incentives to waiver on certain morals and opinions in order to benefit the elite. Be it financial bribes, threats of exposing secrets that no doubt every human has, or perhaps even threats of violence (Maybe I just assume the government is more corrupt than it is, but many feel the same way) How could you or any other politician possibly stand up to corporations willing to go to all ends in order to control those in office? Just look what happened to previous presidents who tried to stand up to the powers that be.

Donald, thanks for doing this AMA.
You have tapped into the feeling of many Americans that this country isn’t as great as it once was, and has the potential to be much, much greater. One of the reasons this feeling is so prevalent is because we really don’t do anything awe-inspiring anymore. I’m only 18, and when I was much younger I was fascinated with space exploration, science, and technology in general. I learned all about NASA, the Apollo missions, and the vastness of the Universe above our heads. Most of all, I looked forward to the new advances and discoveries that humanity would achieve in my lifetime. I felt lucky to be a part of the country that had led those discoveries in the past, and would lead in the future.
Now that I’m older and have a better understanding of this country’s attitude towards space exploration, I’m incredibly disappointed at the spiritlessness of our leaders. They’re even worse than All Talk, No Action. They aren’t even talking about the future that space holds. They probably don’t even think about it. Investing in NASA would be a great move financially, and beginning a new era of space exploration would boost the morale of this country, especially the younger generations, a TREMENDOUS amount. And.... while it may be a long, long ways off, eventually humanity WILL need to leave this planet. It’s better that we start preparing sooner rather than later.
So, with that in mind, Donald, what will you do to rekindle the awe of exploration that gripped our country back when JFK (one of the last good Democrats) announced that our great country would land a man on the moon?
How much would you expand the budget of NASA? Are there any space-related or technology-related projects that a Trump administration would push?
I firmly believe that action on these issues is crucial to Make America Great Again.

Mr. Trump, First off I want to say as someone going to college to become a journalist, not all of us are out to get you. In fact, I have met many members of the press with a tremendous amount of respect for you. I personally will be going to the polls with the intention of making America great again instead of putting a lying she devil in the white house. My question for you concerns immigrants, specifically my sister. She is adopted and was born in a province in the southeast of China. She was found under a bridge abandoned at two days old next to a police station and lived in an orphanage until we brought her to the United States when she was 9 months old. The other day we had a conversation that bothered me greatly. She told me that she could never support you because you want to kick her and others like her out of the United States. While I have no issue with her supporting whatever candidate she wants, her reasoning bothered me tremendously. I've followed your campaign closely and never heard any instance in which you voiced any intention of removing any immigrants aside from those who are here illegally from the United States, yet my sister was 100% convinced that should you become president, you would begin to remove people like her from our country. I was hoping that you could speak to how you think she could have developed such a negative perception of your immigration policy and correct this misperception.

Mr. President,
First, we are thankful for you taking the time to bless us with this opportunity. For many of us, this is the only place we can openly express and discuss our support for you without fear.
Many of your supporters are the silent majority. We are threatened with violence as well as destruction/vandalism of our home and vehicles if we publicly express our support. My husband and I both wanted to attend a rally but it was made clear that we could not do so safely, especially not with our 2 year old without fear. While many of the rioters at these events have been known to be paid, many others are not. They have demonstrated violence at the mere idea of you being a candidate. My husband and I are both veterans and discuss history and politics a bit together and one thing we fear are these same people after you are elected.
My question is, do you also worry about riots and violence from these same extremists immediately after you are elected and do you have a plan of attack for it if so?

Hello Mr. Trump. I am the little guy in America. Native to this country, a lot of things simply just do not make sense in this country; for example, under current leadership, we the people of majority are outright told to fear taking our lives into our own hands, to let any choice of personal discretion be handled by those who have openly demonstrated a loyalty only to a checking and savings account. In short, to be afraid of and have our choice taken away for freedom to take responsibility for our own life. I have a couple of straightforward questions for you.
What is your goal to help America should someone else become elected? Would you settle for a state gig? Would you be open to replacing harmful, fatally addictive substances with known non-pharmaceuticals (ie the cannabis plant/compound and other question)? What is your stance on bringing back weapons safety to the classroom? Mental health accessibility? Getting veterans gigs in policing and security positions while removing red flagged and quite bluntly the fucking idiots who we all know shouldn't be doing that line of work?
I have so much more to ask you about, Mr. Trump, but I still have to hope someone such as yourself could look at answer for these pressing issues first, regardless of if you actually answer me personally?
Please save this country from turning into s total shitstew...

I'm a black college student from Florida currently attending UCF, I was wondering about your take on the accusations of racism that have been thrown at you by the media and your opponents. I personally don't believe you to be as they say, but it would be interesting to know what you and your campaign plan to do about these accusations in the general election

Mr. Trump,
Third Party candidates are tipped to have a much larger role in this election, with Governor Johnson on the edge of getting into the Presidential Debates, the first third party since Perot.
What are your thoughts on the role candidates like Governor Johnson will play in this election? Do you believe they will play a large role?

Mr. Trump, Ivanka has been a prominent figure and voice in your campaign efforts. Hillary is playing the only card she can (the woman card). Will Ivanka become a integral part of your administration and spokesperson for women's rights in our country? And possibly the first female President 8 years from now?
God bless America and may God bless you and carry you to the finish line! Thank you for your time.

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to answer our questions Mr. Trump. Thank you also for fighting the good fight for America, and for fighting for us.
The first question I would like to ask you is in regard to your stance on drug use, because I can't recall ever hearing your position on drugs before. As we have seen in states like Colorado and Washington, where recreational marijuana has been legalized, there have been both positive and negative outcomes from legalizing recreational use. Is this an issue that you would leave entirely to individual states to decide, or do you have another position on the matter? This question applies to other drugs too, not just marijuana.
Also, while I understand your choosing Gov. Pence as your VP, I was initially disappointed that you didn't pick Michael Flynn as your running mate. But once I gave it some thought, it occurred to me that Flynn could serve a much better role on a Trump cabinet than VP, such as Secretary of Defense or Secretary of State. Is there is a possibility that Lieutenant General Flynn will have one of those two roles, or perhaps even another in your cabinet?
Thank you again for coming here to answer our questions, Mr. Trump. Here's to hoping you will win a landslide victory this November!

Mr. Trump, thank you very much for taking the time to do this AMA with us.
My question to you is in what ways will border states like Arizona, Texas, and California begin to see economic improvements after the wall is built? Having lived in a border state for most of my life so far, it's hard to picture what they would be like with a REAL protected border.

Hi Mr. Trump,
Your activity on social media has been essential in influencing millions of voters who otherwise may not have participated in this year's presidential election. Do you plan on continuing this activity as president, and do you foresee social media as a viable platform for "official" correspondence with the American people?
P.S. - Thank you for your tireless efforts to Make America Great Again. Regardless of this election's outcome, you have forever reshaped the landscape of American politics for decades to come.

Hello Mr. President. Donald J. Trump.
Some people predict the many jobs will be terminated due to the advancement of machinery and robotics running domestic and foreign factories. How do you plan on help creating jobs to replace the lost of manufacturing jobs when the industry itself is becoming less human dependent?

President Donald Trump,
What would you say to the group of uneducated voters who say things like, "I'm not voting for Trump because he is racist," or "I'm not voting for Trump because he hates all Mexicans"?
There are a lot of people in my area who are too stubborn to learn the actual facts and whenever they are confronted with any evidence they just say, "But Trump is racist."
I would love to know how you feel about people like this and any thoughts that you have regarding them. Thank you!

I am an ex-Bernie supporter who switched over to support you after the rioters in Chicago denied you your right to free speech. As you may know, many redditors are Sanders supporters disappointed by Crooked Hillary. So, what do Bernie supporters gain from Donald Trump's presidency?
Also, what's the best piece of advice for someone who wants to become as successful as you?
Thank you for taking the time to answer. Make America Great Again!

Mr Trump, thank you for taking the time to do this AMA. I just want you to know that I’ve been with you since the very beginning. My whole family voted for you in the Iowa Caucus, and was proud to be part of swinging our precinct to your camp. I was wondering, however, if you can shed a little light on your personal life. It’s always amazed me how high energy you are (and how low energy your opponents are, am I right?), and how good of physical shape you are in for a man your age. Do you participate in any exercise routine, or play a sport in your downtime? What’s the secret to being as high energy as you are? Thanks, and MAGA

Dear Mr. Trump, I am a 20 year old college student and have been a supporter of you being the president since before you announced your running. I registered as a republican because of you. Needless to say I'm a big fan. However, I'm increasingly finding it difficult to back someone who believes that global warming is a hoax, as I don’t want my children to grow up in a world riddled with drought and famine. I would just like to ask if you would ever think about changing your mind if given evidence that global warming is true, and if so, what measures you would take to fix it.

Greetings, Mr. Trump; I'm a huge supporter and advocate for your presidency. Some questions I have are these:
1) Due to the majority of mainstream media -- liberal and conservative alike -- only reporting on negative situations revolving around you, has that deterred you and your campaign at all?
2) Will you incorporate any positions of your business-running philosophy into the country if, or when, you become president?
It's not a question, but simply a statement; I'm soon to be enlisting into the armed forces and hope to have you as the president commending the graduates of the Air Force Academy over any other person. You will do this country well and I believe it.

Mr. Trump,
Whistleblowers don't get enough protection in this country. Edward Snowden was wrong to endanger American lives, but he did expose agencies that were being kept from the public. We've all seen how Julian Assange is exposing the Crooked Democratic Party -- his reward is exile. We need whistleblowers to expose corruption.

Will you do anything to protect whistleblowers?

Hi Mr Trump, I am a gay supporter that is 15. I have a very simple question.
What will you do to help low income families like mine?
My grandfather died almost a year ago and now it's just me and my grandmother (who severd in the Air Force) and we're broke by the end of every month, if not 2 weeks prior. I agree that welfare needs to be limited in some cases, but how will that work in families of a retired elder (who is 75 years old) and a child who can not yet work.

Mr. Trump, thank you for taking time out to speak with us here. I’ll try and keep my inquiry brief, but my question for you today is related to foreign policy.
I find it to be very interesting that so many people look at Russia as a problem country that must be dealt with instead of a country that should be at the forefront of leading Europe and Asia. Part of your campaign has touched on doing one of the many things that Obama could not do: improving foreign relations with Russia. In your opinion, what should be done to help strengthen our bond with a country like Russia to make us stronger allies and help work together to bring stability to the Middle East?
Most importantly, I cannot wait to check the box next to your name in November and do my part to assist you in making this country the gold standard once again.
[-]CrystalShadow 64 points (1 children)
Hello Mr. Trump, I have two questions for you.
First, do you believe Scott Adams is accurate about your campaign strategy? He thinks that the seeming "gaffs" you make are intentional as to generate free media coverage, saying things that can easily be taken out of context and then corrected.
Second of all, one thing that I feel has been taken out of context is your statement that we need to "Go after" terrorist families. Many have taken that to mean killing them, wheres I take it to mean you would prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law (And not lose track of them like the FBI did for Orlando shooter’s wife). Would you clarify what you meant here? I would like to have something to reference when correcting people about what you mean.
I pray that you win this November so you can Make America Great Again!

Mr.Trump,
First I would like to thank you for taking the time to come visit our DomReddit and answer some of our questions. As you have stated in many different interviews and speeches, you are interested in the power of the states against the Federal Government. Whether it is gay rights, Common Core, or even gun laws, you have consistently stated that you believe the individual States should be able to decide what they want. My question is how exactly will the Trump administration move such powers from our overpowered Federal Government back to the individual State?
Thank you for your time.

2) Would you use your presidential powers to stop the TPP?
3) Would you order the NSA to stop spying against American citizens that don't pose a terror threat?
Thank you Donald Trump and congratulations on winning the Republican nomination.

Dear Mr. Trump,
Here in the Dominican Republic we don't follow international news that often, and I must confess I didn't know much about you besides you being very successful in real estate. But after some time reading the news I felt identified with your proposals. All your ideas are pretty popular here in my country, but the media shamelessly tainted your image. After watching your speeches I admit I felt captivated by your energy and the hope in your supporters' faces.
I started to read and learn about you, and I envy the Americans, who now have a strong, hopeful, and decisive leader. I can only hope our politicians love our country in the way you love yours. I admire you and your ideals. I was undecided and because of you I'm pretty sure I want to get into politics, I wanna help make my beloved Dominican Republic great. I know you'll win and MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.
Oh right, the questions!
What is your opinion on the enormous amount of memes about you and your campaign?
What do you think of the War on Drugs? Is it winnable or do you propose legalization?
How long do you think it will take to make America great again?
What values should a government hold, if any, in your opinion? Should the government be objective all the time?
How will you fight the global warming threat?
When did you first notice the cultural and economic decline in the United States? When, in your opinion, it stopped being great?
What do you think of the Dominican Republic?
Would you rather let Bernie Sanders manage your finances or let Hillary go free?
Just how much do you love America?

I have a question in regards to your stance on the military abroad. I am currently an active duty Soldier, and my friends and I have been fighting in conflicts across the globe. Often times we feel we are being held back - fighting with our hands behind our back, with budgets too small to accomplish or tasks, rules of engagement that place us at increased risk, inappropriate equipment and support and without confidence that the government will come to our aid if we ever need it. We feel like Washington has forgotten about what the military really is. The government has created a lot of new jobs for people to help the immigrants get in the swedish society but I don't think it really is working. And I would like to know where you stand in this. Hello Mr. Trump,
Wanted to say I've never been even 1/10th as excited for a candidate as I am for you. You are the only candidate with actual leadership qualities since I've been alive. We have cucks like Bernie Sanders who lacks such a backbone that he gets thrown out of his own rally by two teenage girls throwing a tantrum.
My question is:
What would you say your greatest quality is when it comes to being such a great leader?

You endeared many conservatives with your calls for transparency - with President Obama's birth certificate, his college transcripts and with Secretary Clinton's emails.
Can you explain how we can trust you to be more transparent than your opponent and the president when you refuse to release your tax returns? You've provided no proof that you are being audited and no proof that an audit would somehow prevent you from releasing your returns.
With this in mind, how can we accept your assurances that your administration would be transparent and trustworthy?

Can you please make scientific research a priority in funding, so we can all live healthy and without diseases caused by aging (Alzheimer's, cancer, arthritis, etc)

Good evening Mr. Trump. It seems that preventing terrorist attacks has become quite difficult as we have seen with recent attacks in the U.S. and abroad. My question is if you would continue down the route of mass surveillance of law abiding citizens that countries like the U.S. and France employ, or seek a solution to the terrorism issue that would restore the rights Americans are entitled to under the Fourth Amendment?

Hello Mr. Trump,
I am a veteran in the oil and gas industry. We have been a target of the Saudis and OPEC in general trying to cripple our ability to produce from unconventional wells by their overproduction. What can you do to ensure that the Saudis aren't able to destroy our energy production capabilities and our potential for true energy independence from a region of the world that subsidizes terrorism against our people? Thank you for giving this vet a candidate who respects and values our military. I have many friends still in service and I want the a Commander in Chief who will not squander their lives for empty causes. I believe that man is you.

-My wife's main concern is who you would pick for a supreme court justice. Your VP pick makes her worried it will be yet another republican who will be against socially liberal things like abortion or gay marriage instigating laws against those things on a federal level. I know you think those things should be handled by the individual states, but the justices you choose will be deciding on cases that affect this country for years. What qualities are you looking for in a supreme court justice?
-Besides social media, how will you handle the media machine that is desperately trying to portray you as a racist sexist hitler that will destroy the US? What is your plan to get people to look at policies and past the blatant lying headlines from CNN and others?
-How can I convince people that you will actually be able to (and more importantly want to) implement some of your policies? Most people laugh at the idea of building a wall even though it is proven to work in other countries and the bill has been passed by congress. Even this simple policy is dismissed as impossible and yet other more important ones seem even more out of reach. Will I actually see lower taxes for myself and my business and better trade deals?
-What is something I should show people to convince them that you are the better choice? I will not be voting for hillary, but many of my friends are just blind to the corruption. What is the best way to convince them to not just vote against hillary clinton, but for donald trump? A lot of them don't want to sit through speeches or sift through the minefield of lies that is the MSM. What will you be doing to showcase that you aren't actually a clown/hitler like many people portray you to be?

Since my friend is unable to post as he is away right now, I will post his question for him:
>Mister Trump, as an Australian (legal!) immigrant to the US, I may or may not be voting for you- it depends whether I can gain citizenship in time for the election. This said, I have two questions for you. If either of them could be answered, I would be extremely grateful.
My first question concerns the infamous 'rapists' comment at the commencement of your campaign. Did you say "they're (they are) rapists", or "their rapists"? I've had countless debates on this subject which have reached an impasse, so to know what you originally intended to say would be massively helpful.
My second question concerns your foreign policy with regards to Russia and Eastern Europe. Many of your critics say that your willingness to deal with Putin contradicts your 'America First' message and also might jeopardize the safety of our NATO allies in the Baltics (Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania). How do you plan to reconcile these two stances, and could you shed any more light on how you intend to conduct foreign policy in Eastern Europe?
I'm very glad that you're running this campaign, and I certainly hope to contribute in any way I can, including convincing my friends and family to vote for you.
Thanks, -Josh

Hello Mr. Trump. As you know our election process is rigged. As President I was wondering what measures you would take to correct it. For instance would you consider introducing a ranked voting system, allowing certain 3rd parties into debates, weekend voting, things like that? Thanks and good luck beating Hillary!

President Trump,
please make the Fourth Estate great again!
Please implement some kind of 'neutral-media policy'.
Both you and us (your proud 24/7 voluntary internet soldiers) have suffered too much from the lying media!
(One-sided, opinionated articles, left out facts, highly debatable claims in articles are not tagged "unproven claims"; The media exactly follows the DNC's "Dangerous Donald Trump Narrative" (https://wikileaks.org/dnc-emails/emailid/1041); The media focuses on the "blame Russia" nonsense, instead of the contents of the leaked DNC e-mails; things are not shown at all (like https://imgur.com/a/oDzRc) ...)
Thank you :)

I just want to first off say that I am proud to be supporting a safe America and a great America, I am proud to be voting for you this November, I am proud to be voting for the first time in my life this election, and it's all thanks to you, future President Donald J. Trump. Before I ask my question, I want to give an example regarding my question. Recently, I was helping some friends of mine applying for their first jobs. Both of them are exactly the same when it comes to their experience. Both are the same age, the same sex, went to the same high school, graduated the same time, and have the same work experience which was none. The only element that was different between them was what they jotted down in the "Race" section of the job application. One answered Caucasian, and the other answered Hispanic. And of course, my Hispanic friend was the one who was called in for the interview, and my white friend was not considered for the job. Every time I apply for a new job or apply to a school, I am greeted with blatant racism known as racial quotas. Ever since i was first introduced to this concept, it angered the hell out of me. What does the color of your skin have to do with how well you will contribute to the business, or if you should be accepted into a school. I want to make America equal again. And I mean truly equal, not the equality that the Democrats yearn for, truly equal where you are given a job based on your hard work, not based on the color of your skin, or even based on your sex. So here is my question. Once you are elected to be our next POTUS, will you seek to end racial AND gender quotas in our corporations and our schools? Will I be able to finally see the end of the Race and Sex question boxes in the applications? Thank you Mr. President.

Why do you claim to not know Putin? Why won't you release your tax records, is it because of your dealings with the Russian oligarchy?

Hello POTUS, I have 3 questions I was hoping you could answer.
1. Why don't you "attack" hillary clinton back by making youtube videos about what a horrible person she is(ex.She defended a pedophile in court and got his case thrown out when she full will knew he was a pedophile and the poor little girl never got her justice, She used to be pro-segeragation and she used to talk badly about the black community too this very year until she started running for president, she never agreed with gays getting married)?
2. What do you think about atheists? Are they bad people? Should they be watched by the government?
3. What will it take to convince you that global warming is real? The scientific body already agrees and publishes documents showing that global warming is real.

Hello President Trump, thank you for joining us for the AMA! You’re a true inspiration to so many of us centipedes. Here are some questions that I have for you:
Why do you think there is such a lack of patriotism in this country, especially in the Democratic party?
Why don’t you talk more about where slavery and the KKK originated? Democrats are constantly pointing fingers at Republicans for being racists, when looking back into history you can clearly see that is false.
What do you think about the nickname “centipede” for a Trump supporter?
To the thousands and thousands of Americans who call you a racist/sexist on social media without a single piece of evidence supporting their outlandish claim, what message do you have for them?
How on God’s red, white, and blue country, do you have such high energy?

Thank you President Trump! God Bless the USA

Good evening Mr. Trump!
I first want to thank you so much for having the strength to guide our nation back on the path of greatness. With so many other countries starting to crumble at the edges, we need a strong and determined leader who will favor real working policies over being "politically correct."
I would like to ask you how you plan to address large corporations who have made major efforts to not only sully your name, but spread lies to the voting populace. For example we see Google, one of if not the largest player on the internet, spreading propaganda about you. Here we see them completely counting you out of the race when searching for "Presidential Candidates." In another example, we see Google suggesting a comparison of you to Adolf Hitler when simply searching the title of your book (feel tree to try this yourself, these were taken within the last 24 hours).
Do you plan to address this blatant propaganda or do you feel that these petty attacks by such a large and often-visited entity hold little weight?
Thank you so much and I am so excited for us to

MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

Mr. Trump, I write asking about your views on the current situation in the South China Sea that has the potential to destabilize the region and drag us into a possible military option with a China, a nuclear power. Over the last six years, China has used sabre rattling tactics to agitate our allies of Taiwan, South Korea and Japan over Islands, policy measures, trade and cultural propaganda, to the point where Prime Minister Shino Abe has signed a bill that would allow Japanese soldiers to go overseas and fight in foreign conflicts. This is a direct violation of the Treat of San Francisco which lays down the frame work for our defense agreement with Japan so long as they don’t have a standing international military. Additionally, Taiwan has increased military spending and training exercises to challenge the Chinese Navy outside their waters. Culturally, Japan and China have been leading extensive propaganda campaings against one another establishing a dangerous rhetoric within both populations that could spill over into conflict should the situations devolve. Most recently, China, having lost its claim over the Sakaku islands to Japan, has begun building a manmade military base in the middle of the South China Sea and acting as if it was sovereign territory, which is in direct violation of the Law of the Sea Convection which both the US, Japan and China signed. My question to you is, how will you ensure our military commitment to these vitally important nations but also defer a possible open conflict with China that we will have to commit to?

Greetings, Mr. Trump, I am an assistant editor for REGATED, and I have the following questions…

Atlantic City Questions:
1 – In 1989, how did the deaths of Stephen Hyde, Mark Grossinger, and Jonathan Benanav in that tragic helicopter accident affect your work performance, the mood of your employees, and the general morale of the Trump Organization in Atlantic City?
2 – What would you say was the most difficult challenge you faced when you had to suddenly step in and fill the shoes of three casino industry experts?
3 – Was it difficult making that sudden change from real estate to the gaming industry?
4 – By filing for chapter 11 protection, instead of closing your doors during the recession of 1990-1991, how many people were you able to keep on the payroll during these difficult economic times?

Hello Mr, Trump,
Congratulations on winning the Republican nomination! We all thank you for taking your time in this AMA to speak to your supporters. I have a question about where you stand on immigration. I understand you will finally strengthen our borders and prevent undocumented immigrants from coming in to the United States. But I haven't heard much recently about your plan on deporting 11 million undocumented immigrants who live in the United States right now. For quite some time, you have said there were many undocumented immigrants who had done countless of crimes throughout their lives, and we all believe these people should deserve to be deported. But not all undocumented immigrants who live in the United States are bad crooks. It is a very complicated and controversial subject. You've stated years ago that some undocumented immigrants are good hard working people who are supporting their families, or even pay taxes. On a human basis, how do you throw somebody out who has lived in the country for over 20 years. Again, it is a very tough subject to talk about. I will vote for you Mr. Trump this November no matter what. You're a very intelligent man and stand for American values! How would you deal with this issue? Thank you.

Mr. Trump, will you stick it to the haters and losers by proving your self-proclaimed $10 billion net worth and $557 million income by releasing your tax returns? After all, you yourself said that you really think releasing tax returns is a positive thing when asked during the 2012 election: "I actually think that it’s a great thing when you can show that you’ve been successful and that you’ve made a lot of money and you’ve employed a lot of people." As the IRS has already reminded you, the audit doesn't prevent you from releasing them.

Hello Mr. Trump
I want to speak at one of your rallies and give you the highest turnout of millennials EVER to vote for Trump. I am turning 18 before the election and I’m a successful entrepreneur that left High School at 15, and have been an invited speaker to over 20,000+ millennials.

My school was terrible, and the year they instituted Common Core, it got worse. I left High School when I was 15. Since then I’ve made an absolute killing on all the deals I made. Today I’m living on my own in a $6000 a month apartment in NYC.
I grew up on a Llama farm, my neighbors were living in a trailer park. My dad is a veteran and today my parents make technology which protects the troops from IEDs. I’ve seen the failure of the system first hand. Middle class people being taxed to death, not enough support for our veterans, and the failure of the education system.
I read Art of the Deal and was inspired to THINK BIG and not participate in the bad deal that was my High School.
I started an education business where people can get access to the best teachers.. And all my fellow students loved it. The co-founder of reddit personally told me how great of a job I was doing.
When I told my teachers. They said: “No 15 year old in the history of business has ever started a successful business. And only 1% of businesses actually make it.”
I made a 100k from investing which I put all back into the students & teachers on the website. And in a few short weeks we’re allowing people to start their own school.
I’ve also been working with this group of high schoolers to build a satellite that’ll be a hub for creating and collaborating on the re-invention of the system that had failed. The satellite will virtually drop money to people in the US that have bad medical conditions, homeless people that need to get on their feet, and fund American businesses.
I raised a 100k in crowdfunding for a brand new Virtual Reality computer and I’m also working with my amazing brother at MIT, to build holographic doctors or teachers that are so affordable and so fun.
I came from a Scottish mother that immigrated legally. So I resonate with your message.
I used to appreciate Bernie’s honesty, my friends were all Bernie supporters, and I have seen that you will make a greater and re-invented system that isn’t full of lies and sellouts.
I will convince every millennial to vote for you in this nation. I know how millennials feel about Bernie. And I will get you the highest Youth vote in the history of not just the country, but the world. And use my incredible business intelligence to make sure that happens. Speaking at one of your rallies would be a great start to that.
If you want to know more here is a few of my many press articles: http://mashable.com/2014/06/10/botangle/#dVi1y2vxxkqD http://www.wired.co.uk/article/erik-finman-wired-2015 http://time.com/3486048/most-influential-teens-2014/ http://www.thetimes.co.uk/tto/magazine/article4628952.ece

Mr. Trump, we admit more immigrants legally than any other nation on the planet. I should know — I'm a legal immigrant myself. As a prosecutor, I also know that supporting illegal immigration means condoning drug trafficking, human trafficking, sex slavery, and a revolving door for deported felons who return to our country (illegally) time and again. As we go into the final stretch of the campaign, how are you going to get across the important messages that 1) the United States already has the best, most generous legal immigration policies in the world, and 2) illegal immigration carries with it very, very bad things that need to be prevented?

Mr. Trump,
Upon searching “presidential candidates” on Google last night, the top results completely omitted your picture or name, showing only Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, and Jill Stein. The only mention of you on the entire first page of results was titled “Donald Trump is the most unpopular candidate since the former head of the KKK.”
As you are clearly a frontrunner to win the election in November, what do you think of this blatantly obvious bias figured into Google’s search results? As you frequently point out, the media is controlled and the political system is rigged, but just how far does the collusion go and what can be done to fix it in the future?
Thanks Mr. Trump! Can’t wait to Make America Great Again!

According to the Department of Defense there are over 5,000 muslims actively serving in the United States military. Will these Americans be included on any potential watch lists in the fight against Islamic terrorism?

Mr. Trump, I have had the honor of asking you a question before at your [Staten Island Press Conference back in April] (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jDsTrf50zJM). I ask my question at 21:00 and I appear again at 21:53 and at 22:05.
My question now is, how long into a Trump presidency will it take for America to become Great Again?

Hello, Mr.Trump and thank you for doing this AMA with us!
My questions for you today is how are you going to help the Information Technology (IT) sector of work?
As president, would you be open to promoting and investing in this ever growing sector and if so how?
Again, if you do answer my questions I would like to sincerely thank you. You're an inspiration to many of us and I feel that you would do a splendid job as President.

Trump, I am 16 and from England. My name is George and I suffer from depression and am off meds, finally. I was wondering with your stance on drugs and alcohol, how do you cope with such stress with running a business and running a political campaign? :)

Hi Mr.Trump! I saw your statement earlier today where you said that Russia should look into Hillary's missing emails. While I feel that what Mrs.Clinton has done is heinous and borderline (if not outright) criminal, won't this open the floodgates for foreign cyberspying on Americans? I personally feel that rewarding such behaviour is dangerous for the security of the Nation , but would love to know why you think it takes precedence here. Thank you very much for taking time out of your busy schedule to be with us here today sir, and best of luck on your campaign!

UNIQUE QUESTION: 1) What gives you your drive and energy - be it in your business, Wharton - especially at your age? 2) Will you still keep your toupee when you're president?
